When it's just wildebeest for miles, as far as the eye can see! This is all part of the great migration that happens yearly. After a while grazing here, these animals will soon turn around and head back towards Southern Serengeti in search of greener pastures, following the direction of the rains and getting ready for calving season. What seems to us a haphazard, disorganized journey is actually intricate and part of their DNA. It's part of mother nature's way of insuring their cycle of life.

How peaceful. One of the most primal and elemental places nature has gifted this earth. She(nature)demands respect. She says "enough!". It's about time we paid attention. This COVID-19 lockdown is a time for reflection. How sad would it be to lose such an Eden due to a complete lack of respect for mother nature. Let us thank her, let us respect her, indeed, let us love her. Show her our appreciation. Take only memories, leave only footprints. We'll be back...
