The SOTE Initiative

We are a social initiative based in Arusha, Tanzania, which shares the mission of empowering women and youth in their daily life.

The SOTE Social Initiative is a social initiative supporting women and youth in Tanzania. Our mission is to build self-awareness among women and youth and inciting them to innovatively pursue surrounding socioeconomic opportunities and taking care of their personal and environmental health. To achieve this, we cooperate with volunteers. We visit schools, conduct trainings and link women and youth of the Kilimanjaro and Arusha region, in order to empower them.
