𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻; 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻.

The Transformational Leadership Programme invites participants to reflect on the way they lead and the kind of impact they want to create within their teams, organisations, and communities.

Since 2024, through the Danida Fellowship Centre, Danida Fellows and development partners have participated in this programme, gaining the tools and skills needed to build stronger institutions and more resilient communities. This cohort brought together 30 participants.

This two-week programme moves beyond traditional management, focusing on adaptive and inclusive leadership while equipping participants to mobilise teams around a shared purpose.
