The Youth Bike Academy rolled into the West Kili Tour Challenge with four determined riders and returned with incredible results!

🥇🥈🥉 We swept the entire podium in the Kids Category.

🏆 Nickson Lomayan also powered his way to become the Second Runner-Up in the Pro Category.

These victories are proof that talent flourishes when young people are given opportunities, professional training, mentorship, and the chance to compete.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to and for providing a platform where these street talents can showcase their abilities, build confidence, and continue transforming their lives through cycling.

This is more than a race it is a journey of nurturing the next generation of cycling champions. The ride continues💪🚲🌍

Karibu-KiliFair 2026 may be over, but the connections, conversations, and opportunities it created will continue long after the event.

Bikepreneur II is all about helping young people turn bicycle skills into real jobs.

After two years of training bicycle mechanics and supporting local workshops, ABC Impact has learned an important lesson: training alone is not enough.

The real challenge is helping graduates successfully transition into the labor market and build sustainable livelihoods for themselves.

That is why Bikepreneur II is designed as a two-year training program focused not only on advanced technical skills, but also on entrepreneurship, workplace experience, mentorship, and professional growth … ensuring that young people are better prepared for long-term employment and self-employment opportunities.

Through hands-on workshop practice, teamwork, and business-oriented learning, trainees are gaining the confidence and practical experience needed to build careers in the bicycle industry and beyond.

Because every repaired bicycle can also represent a new opportunity, a source of income, and a step toward a more independent future.

Every Saturday, young cyclists come together through the Youth Bike Academy not just to ride, but to learn discipline, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to take their talent to the next level.

This weekend’s internal competition was more than a race. It was an opportunity for our riders to experience the excitement, pressure, and determination that come with competitive cycling.

Each lap, sprint, and finish line helped prepare them for bigger competitions ahead while keeping their passion and momentum alive.

By creating these opportunities, we are transforming street cycling talent into future athletes and inspiring young people to believe in what is possible through hard work and dedication.

This week marked a special milestone as ABC Impact conducted the first-ever bicycle distribution at Oljoro Secondary School, reaching students most in need of safe and reliable transportation. 🚲

Students at the school, getting to class every day has meant walking long distances, arriving tired, and struggling to keep up with their studies.

In partnership with , 30 bicycles were distributed to help reduce long walking distances and improve students’ access to education.

Sometimes impact begins with something simple ‘A BICYCLE’ and a student arriving at school with more energy, confidence, and hope for the future.
