Everyday Safaris
Your ultimate guide to experiencing Mt. Kilimanjaro and Tanzania Safaris
03/07/2026
Every journey to the Roof of Africa begins with a moment like this.
Standing beneath the Marangu Gate sign, there’s a mix of excitement, anticipation, and a little nervous energy. Ahead lies one of the world’s most iconic trekking experiences—a journey through rainforest, moorland, alpine desert, and finally to the summit of Africa.
For our team, it’s always a privilege to welcome climbers at the very start of their adventure. From this first photo at the gate to the celebration at Uhuru Peak, we’re committed to ensuring every step of the journey is safe, well-organized, and memorable.
We wish this wonderful group every success as they begin their Kilimanjaro adventure. One step at a time, the summit awaits.
🏔️ Good luck, team—we’ll be cheering you on all the way!

Today, we celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, mentors, and role models who guide us through life’s greatest adventures.
Like a trusted safari guide, a father leads with strength, wisdom, patience, and care. He shows the way, offers protection when challenges arise, and helps create memories that last a lifetime.
From all of us at Everyday Safaris, Happy Father’s Day to the men who inspire, support, and lead by example every day.
May your journey be filled with joy, laughter, and unforgettable moments with those you love most.

Safari memories are made in the wild, but the best stories are often shared around the table afterwards.
After an incredible safari exploring Tanzania’s breathtaking landscapes and wildlife, we were delighted to enjoy a farewell Nyama Choma dinner with our guests in Arusha. It was a chance to relax, reflect on unforgettable sightings, share a few laughs, and celebrate new friendships made along the way.
At Everyday Safaris, we understand that every traveler is different. Some guests prefer a quiet evening reflecting on their adventure, while others enjoy experiencing Arusha’s vibrant nightlife before heading home. Whatever your style, we are happy to help create the perfect ending to your Tanzanian journey.
For us, a safari is more than game drives and beautiful scenery. It is about genuine connections, authentic experiences, and memories that last long after the trip is over.
Thank you for choosing Everyday Safaris. We look forward to welcoming you back to Tanzania soon.

Marangu doesn’t shout. It whispers.
Streams through the forest. Red earth paths winding upward. The mountain hiding behind the clouds, revealing itself when it’s ready.
A cultural walk here is one of the most underrated experiences on Kilimanjaro’s slopes — and one of our favourites to share with guests.
Come for the climb. Stay for the scenery. Leave with something more.

The Lemosho Route is one of the best ways to climb Kilimanjaro — and for good reason.
7 to 8 days. Gradual acclimatization. Stunning scenery across the mountain’s most remote and varied terrain. And a success rate that reflects proper planning, not shortcuts.
At Everyday Safaris, we run this route the right way — experienced guides, oxygen and safety monitoring on the mountain, quality equipment, and a pace that gives your body the time it needs to adapt.
We’re a KPAP partner company, which means the people who carry your expedition are treated fairly and professionally. That matters to us.
If you’re planning to climb Kilimanjaro, the Lemosho Route deserves serious consideration. And who you climb with matters just as much as which route you choose.
Let’s talk about your climb. 👇

Warm meals. A proper roof. A bed to sleep in.
This is the Marangu Route — and it changes how you experience Kilimanjaro.
While other routes require tents, Marangu climbers sleep in permanent mountain huts all the way to Kibo at 4,703m. Hot food, dining tables, thermoses of tea, and a dry place to rest — every night of the climb.
That matters more than people think.
Recovery is a big part of summit success. When you’re not fighting a cold tent and a wet sleeping bag, your body has a real chance to rest, warm up, and prepare for what’s ahead.
We’ve seen climbers celebrate birthdays up here. Play Scrabble between meals. Laugh around a table at 3,700 metres.
That’s the Marangu experience. Hard enough to be meaningful. Human enough to enjoy.
