【"Hello Entrepreneur!" Series Event: Summer Tea Business Meeting】
On May 7, 2024, Attorney Steve Yeh, Executive Director of STARTBOARD, was invited to participate in the "Hello Entrepreneur! Series Summer Tea Business Meeting," hosted by Taipei CoSpace and CnC Club. Attorney Yeh spent a wonderful afternoon with numerous leaders from the startup incubation community and dozens of outstanding entrepreneurs.
At the meeting, Attorney Yeh emphasized the importance of entering the New Southbound countries and discussed how STARTBOARD can serve as a steadfast partner for entrepreneurs, hoping to provide new perspectives for the attendees to kick-start their entrepreneurial ventures.
The event also brought numerous beneficial opportunities for entrepreneurs, including the 23th Business Startup Award, Top 100 Startups Call for Entries, the 2024 TAIWAN STARTUP WORLD CUP, and the Youth Entrepreneurship Loan, all aimed at helping entrepreneurs stand out and achieve sustainable development goals.

【2023 Taiwan Startup World Cup Starlight Event】

Our chief counsel-Raymond Yu participated《2023 Taiwan Startup World Cup Starlight Event》. We had a wonderful night with all friends of startups and accelerators.
The event introduced about a special venue in Taipei called OOPS 創潮玩圈& Meta institute in Taiwan元宇宙在臺協會, the accelerator commits in healthcare industry H.Spectrum+ and the global startup competition Startup World Cup that Louis Group organizes with other partners this year. Vietnamese friends also attended the event and share information to us.
Last night we communicated with friends and partners and benefited a lot. Let's make Taiwan's startup ecosystem stronger and more international.
Louis Group organize Taiwan Startup World Cup 台灣新創世界杯創業競賽 with many partners this year. The competition starts accepting registration in July. We welcome all startups participate in this global competition. Regardless of being selected as the first place in the end, the resources and links obtained from it are the ultimate goal for startups future.

【University of Taipei End-of-Term caring activity for International Students in 2023 spring semester】

At the end of the semester, all international students in University of Taipei (degree and exchange students are included) and their companions were invited to share their experiences. Meanwhile, a simple award ceremony were made by the OIA to encourage those scholarship recipients and students buddies who help caring international students. They hope that students from all ethnic groups in the school can learn and grow in a joyful and interactive way.

In this activity, STARTBOARD also share our info of career to those students. STARTBOARD will keep committing on linking international students and companies.

【臺北市立大學期末境外生關懷暨送舊活動】
本學期末臺北市立大學關懷活動，邀請全校境外生(學位生、交換生)、學伴前來共享，國際處師長也在現場和同學寒暄，關懷境外生的各方面適應情形；同時也藉這個聚會，進行111-2學期獎助學金受獎生的頒獎、歡送本學期結束即將畢業和離校的同學們，同時也頒發感謝狀給今年擔任學伴的同學們。鼓勵學生在台努力向學，促進其校內國際化，成果豐碩。透過關懷活動，期盼校內各族群學生，都可在愉悅的互動中學習成長。

Our chief counsel-Raymond Yu participated 《世界Restart新創商機》seminar hold by H.Spectrum+ & Taiwan Startup World Cup 台灣新創世界杯創業競賽 on 11 May.

During the symposium, we talked about the global trend of smart medical care and discussed how in the era of great acceleration, how enterprises can cooperate with startups and create international links also links all over the world!

Taiwan Startup World Cup 台灣新創世界杯創業競賽 is about to start the call for applications around the world recently. US champion will receive one-million-dollar investment. This year SWC is also collecting applications in Taiwan. It is a rare opportunity for startups in Taiwan to link with world. The most important is that SWC has no restrictions on startups, Non-Taiwanese team members are also welcome to sign up. SWC also joined with the H.Specturm+ International Accelerator this year to make Taiwan's world-class startups be seen by the world!
