What was it like growing up in one of the many "international bubbles" here in Taiwan? Meet Annabelle Hsu, in her article “The Tenant of Two Countries,” as part of the Center’s “Third Culture Kid” series.

In her article, Annabelle reflects on growing up in Taiwan and the struggles of being caught between two nationalities. But through watching her grandfather find a home everywhere he went, she begins to rethink what it means to belong.

In collaboration with Talent Taiwan, join us for an evening focused on mental health, emotional wellbeing, culture shock, and navigating life abroad.

Led by Center Clinical Psychologist Changling Tu, this supportive session will explore the emotional realities of moving overseas while creating space for connection, reflection, and community with other women in Taiwan.
