This video shows how to make a Gantt chart, starting with setting up the work breakdown structure inclusive of its numbering system, finding predecessor relationships in Microsoft excel, finding end dates of tasks using the workday function (this function also allows you to exclude weekends. Using the weekday function and conditional formatting, you then colour code weekends and you then manually block out the holidays. This then allows you to manually block out the duration of tasks now that both holidays and weekends are colour coded.
