..and so we did. Full transparency today did not look exactly like I envisioned, BUT I believe the winds of change are blowing.
2 days ago a seasoned prophet, Dr. Faith Wokoma, shared some dreams she had and a prophetic word for T&T ๐น๐น "...I believe Trinidad and Tobago is entering a time of awakening and acceleration. There is a renaissance coming - one marked by industrialization, growth, and visibility."
I too believe that there are shifts in systems, sustainable development and wealth that is going to transform the status quo in the Caribbean region, but it must be carried in prayer and managed with wisdom. If this resonates with you join me as I prayed for the last 60 days:
1) Pray for systematic change for the Caribbean region. We will not be governed by evil principalities & powers but the government of God will be established in every sector, ending strife & division, promoting unity, liberty & righteousness.
2) Pray AGAINST poverty, lack, foreclosures, terrorism, weather disasters, corruption & theft, excessive taxation and restrictions for businesses, economic decline in Caribbean, unjust caps & ceilings for trading & investment.
3) Pray FOR sustainable economic growth, strategic governance, ethical and wise leadership, that God will establish persons of influence who understand & uphold kingdom principles, replenished resources, overturning of ungodly laws. Breakthrough in finances for persons who have been diligent and stewarding well. Brilliant ideas and innovative solutions.

For the last three years I quietly followed a food business called Destination Smokehouse.
Before the viral moment, the reason I watched was a chef named Walter.
His craft was undeniable.
His passion for barbecue and his philosophy around meat tenderness became something he called โTendernism.โ
Then one day a video featuring Walter and the concept exploded online.
The internet did what the internet does.
People shared.
Lines formed.
Business boomed for a season.
But soon an uncomfortable reality surfaced.
Walter did not own the business.
And the concept he created, โTendernism,โ... a file for trademark was submitted by the legal owner of the company who had originally trained under him.
Today Walter is no longer with that company.
At a mature age, he is now rebuilding his own brand from the ground up.
It was difficult to watch this unfold in real time because I followed the business specifically because of Walter long before the viral success.
What this situation exposes is a truth many creators and entrepreneurs ignore.
Brilliant ideas and exceptional products do not automatically translate into ownership, profit, or long-term success.
Without systems, administration, legal structure, patents, trademarks, and protection of intellectual property, the very thing you create can legally belong to someone else.
Talent may start the fireโจ๏ธ but ownership determines who gets to keep the heat ๐ฅ

"Strategy is easy. Ex*****on is hard." - Alex Hormozi
Most entrepreneurs have brilliant ideas but struggle with consistent ex*****on. The gap between where you are and where you want to be isn't as much about dreaming bigger, as it's about building strategic systems rooted in wisdom and executing with unwavering discipline.
Your business won't transform by accident. It requires godly wisdom and intentional planning that translates to actionable steps that turn vision into reality.
Are you building with clarity or just hoping for breakthrough?

Today has seen a dramatic shift in traditional media: the Washington Post cut about one-third of its staff, including key newsroom departments, in a restructuring driven by declining readership and changing technology trends. Matt Murray, The Postโs executive editor, said "online search traffic, partly because of the rise of generative A.I., had fallen by nearly half in the last three years."
The Washington Post layoffs underscore the urgency of agile business models; digital strategy isnโt optional.
For the Business community, this is a cautionary moment: technology can outpace legacy strategy if organizations donโt bridge digital innovation with business transformation early enough.
If youโre managing a business or thinking about launching one, you have to be intentional about organizational structures. Rethink value, workforce, and revenue models. Donโt just build a bridge between digital innovation and business BECOME THE BRIDGE!
I am inviting you to be a part of Blueprint 2026 where we discuss topics like this and more, register early and be in the room. (Link in bio)

I learned early that a dream can feel glorious. Alive. Vibrant. Full of possibility. Until it meets the structure of the real world.
And in Trinidad & Tobago, one of the first structures every entrepreneur must face is this:
โ๐๐ฌ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐ซ๐๐ ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐๐?โ
I remember the first time I sat with that question. Not as an idea, but as a requirement.
Not as inspiration, but as responsibility.
You see, we love the creative part of building something new.
We love choosing colours for a logo.
We start sketching content for Instagram.
We love imagining the launch day, the ribbon cutting, the applause.
But what we do not love is the part where we stand in line or fill out forms online to formalize the thing God has placed in our hands.
Yet that is the moment the dream stops floating and begins to take shape.
That is the moment you move from โI have an ideaโ to โI run a business.โ
And if there is anything I have learned, both from building companies and watching other ideas stumble, it is this:
Because inspiration can carry you into a room.
But authority and character is what allows you to stay there.
I say this with the tenderness of someone who has walked the long road a few times.
I have done the name searches.
I have watched a name pass the search but get rejected because it was โtoo similarโ to another entity.
I have submitted a business name with two divisions, one for social impact and one for the arts, only to be told the name was โmisleading in light of the stated area of business.โ
I have sighed
I have prayed
And then I topped up my account on CROS and tried again.
But here is the thing:
๐๐๐ ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐๐ฏ๐๐ฌ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐, ๐๐ง๐๐ซ๐ ๐ฒ, ๐๐ง๐ ๐ก๐๐๐ซ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ค.
Because while you are busy building the brand, someone else could be legally claiming the name.
While you are crafting your narrative, the bank may be waiting on your Certificate of Registration.
While you are meeting clients, an investor may be wondering why your company still exists only in theory.
And the truth is simple:
๐๐๐ ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ง๐ฌ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ข๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ.
Clients take you more seriously when governing bodies recognize you.
It signals stability.
It signals that you are not just โtryinโ a tingโ, but building something that can outlive you.
In T&T, you cannot open a business bank account without being formally registered.
You cannot apply for grants.
You cannot approach investors meaningfully.
The day you receive that stamped approval, something shifts inside you.
Your business stops being a concept.
It becomes a commitment.
Something you are proud to grow.
Now let me be honest.
Our system still has kinks.
Sometimes a name is โavailableโ but not approved.
Sometimes the description of your business needs tightening.
But even with its imperfections, the process is worth it.
Nothing feels worse than falling in love with a name, only to discover it belongs to someone else.
So here is my gentle nudge, especially if you are preparing for the Blueprint Think Tank Conference:
๐๐๐ ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ.
๐๐จ๐ญ ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฆ๐๐๐๐ฒ.
๐๐จ๐๐๐ฒ!
Give your dreams and ideas a foundation.
Give your future the credibility it deserves.
PS: The world is your oyster. You can register your business internationally

Procrastination isnโt just a productivity issue; itโs often a symptom of perfectionism, fear, or overwhelm. At one point I believed working with an adrenalin rush was just a quirky part of being a creative, BUT clarity and consistency breaks cycles of inefficiency.
You donโt need another plan.
You need aligned pressure and accountability.

Fifteen years ago, I stepped out in faith to do something I had never seen done before in my region.
I felt God impressing me to create a space where people could linger in His presence without time restrictions, where worship was not rushed, and where hearts could truly encounter His glory.
That step of obedience became Encounter Worship Series, 5 sacred gatherings for many who were hungry for depth, intimacy, and authentic moments with God.
Seasons change, but the voice of God remains consistent.
Once again, I sense the familiar call to press into something new.
This time, the assignment is not only about encounter, but about building.
Building systems, ideas, strategies, and collaborations that reflect the Kingdom of God in the marketplace.
I believe God is drawing together Kingdom financiers, innovators, entrepreneurs, business owners, and pioneers; those who desire to see the kingdoms of this world become the Kingdom of our Lord in practical, visible ways.
Out of that conviction, Blueprint was born.
On March 20 & 21, we will be hosting Blueprint, a symposium for builders, a space to collaborate, strategize, and discern what the months ahead require of us as Kingdom-minded leaders.
Just as Encounter Worship created room for Godโs presence, Blueprint is about creating room for Godโs wisdom, strategy, and alignment in what we build next.
Come journey with us into this new chapter.

CALLING ALL THE TREE SHAKERS
In the Bible you can find symbols, literary devices and ways to interpret symbolic language. When Jesus was healing the blind man, he said, 'I see men like trees'. Scripture can be used to help interpret Scripture; you can develop a dictionary/library of concepts, symbols...
Tree shakers reminds me of the account when Jesus was hungry and He went over to a fig tree that was full of leaves, only to discover it had no fruit. Jesus cursed the fig tree and by the next morning it withered to the root. This is interesting because it wasn't the season for figs yet, but we see in contrast, in Revelation the trees of life by the river bear crop every month. You can know the heart of Jesus when He shares in John 15, whoever abides in Him will bear much fruit and He shared the key to abiding, so His joy can be in us and our joy would be full.
โญPsalm 1:3 says the man who meditates on the Law of the Lord day and night, is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers.
So, I prayed and asked the Lord if there was any prophetic insight or significance that He wanted to share with me about the earthquake that was felt in Trinidad close to midnight. What is heaven saying in this season? I saw the headline; "Calling all the Tree Shakers!" When Jesus stops by your tree, looking for fruit, evidence that you have been meditating on the word of the Lord and planted by the river of life....leafy trees with no fruit whither from the root.
We are in the season when those who are hungry for the word of God are coming, shaking trees ๐ณ, trying to find a way to connect to the source of life. May those of us who identify as followers of Jesus be found with evidence that we have been abiding in Him.
