Another batch of Tax Refund cheques were issued. Cheques approved up to early May 2025 are mailed.

Your cheque goes to TTPOS Head Office first before being sent to your area TTPOS, so give it about two weeks to reach you.

You can determine the status of your Refund online. Issued means your cheque was mailed out.

🗓The Inland Revenue Division wishes to advise that the last day for filing your 2024 Income/Partnership/ Corporation Tax Returns WITHOUT PENALTY is FRIDAY OCTOBER 31, 2025.

Did you get a Collection letter like this from the Inland Revenue Division? This usually means they believe you owe taxes.

If you recently paid your taxes during the Tax Amnesty—where interest and penalties are waived when you pay the original tax amount—you might still get this letter before your account is fully updated.

It’s important to check your tax account to be sure.

If your account is already cleared, you can ignore the letter.

If you still owe taxes, try to pay during the Amnesty to save on penalties and interest

The Ministry of Finance wishes to advise that the Tax Amnesty introduced by the Finance Act, 2024 which expired on December 31st, 2024 has been extended to May 02nd, 2025.
