Look at your problems through new lenses. You may see new ways to see solutions to solve even the most complex business problems.
Five routes to more innovative problem solving Tricky problems must be shaped before they can be solved. To start that process, and stimulate novel thinking, leaders should look through multiple lenses.
This is a great story and a valuable lesson in leadership and strategy.
Remember that not every obstacle will kill you but you have to understand the possibilities and probabilities and make your moves count.
