The most surprising part of Calcifer ? The whole cochinillo landing on the table. We passed on it (seeing the entire little pig was a bit too much for us)

Beyond that, Calcifer is a great find: a unique setting, big tables made for dinners with friends, an open kitchen, and almost everything cooked over fire. Simple, generous and very well executed.
