Brutalist Manifesto of the artist Carsten Höller is a culinary art which is the set of experimental ideas oriented towards isolating the ingredient with its potential.
In Cooklife Magazine V18 "Humble" issue, Damla Bozoğlu, co-founder of .co, interpreted this intriguing, restrictive, yet creative manifesto into the vegan cuisine in Casa Cooklife kitchen. Here is the rice phyllo which is cut into pieces and fried for 1-2 seconds.

In the 18th issue of Cooklife Magazine, we are delving the possibilities of happiness that we can reach by focusing on the essence. We listen to the stories of those who look at the world they live in from a humble perspective and meet those who can realize the pure beauty of life.

TURK'ün kısıtlamalardan dolayı hizmet veremediği içinde bulunduğumuz dönemde, misafirleriyle hem anlamlı hem de özlem dolu bir hatıra paylaşma arzusundan doğan Kintsugi sanatının uygulandığı kaseler hazırladık.

Kusurlu olanı kucaklayan wabi-sabi felsefesine dayanan Japon sanatı Kintsugi, kırılmış olan bir parçayı değerlendirmenin ötesinde; yaşanları olduğu gibi kucaklayan ve her anın değerini bilerek hayatın getirdiği izlerle güzelleşmeyi ifade eden derin metaforlar barındırıyor. TURK'ün misafirleri ile paylaşılan bu değerli konsepti ortaya çıkardığımız için çok mutluyuz.

During the period when TURK could not serve due to restrictions, we prepared bowls in which Kintsugi art was applied, which was born out of the desire to share a meaningful and longing memory with its guests.

Japanese art Kintsugi, which resembles the wabi-sabi philosophy that embraces the imperfect, goes beyond evaluating a broken piece; It contains deep metaphors that embrace the living as it is and express the beauty of life by knowing the value of every moment.

We are very glad to create this valuable concept shared with TURK's precious guests.

The ideas behind my work, is an expression to the organic forms and shapes. My background into print making and photography gives me the options to see new a perspective in art. The simple lines that create a new object fascinates me, and force me to think art in a new way through the simple lines.
