The tropical elements aren’t styling. They’re part of the spatial logic, softening edges where hard surfaces meet, creating pockets of air within an otherwise dense interior.

Light here doesn’t reveal everything. It chooses. On the façade, ornament emerges where light lands; the rest stays in shadow. Inside, the same logic holds: brick, timber, brass surfacing only where needed.
