Kabatas Model UN Conference

Our Story

Kabatas Model UN Conference is a student-run MUN conference in İstanbul, Turkey. It is organised annually by the students of Kabatas Erkek High School, at the campus of the school. It is a high school level conference, following the THIMUN Rules of procedure. What distinguished KabatasMUN from the other conferences in the area is the unique opportunities we offer to our participants. Initially, the conference takes place in literally the heart of Bosphorus. Maybe not that literally, but enough to say that one can jump to the Bosphorus if s/he desires. But that is of course not everything we have to offer. As the team of organisers of KabatasMUN, we are always seeking new ways to make this MUN experience the best for everyone. If we're inviting a speaker, make it three. If there is a party, it should be a theme party. If there are cookies, there should be cupcakes too! If we're gonna have a website, why not an app? If people are going to speak in the closing ceremony, why shouldn't they sing? Well, you get the point. As the KabatasMUN family, we would love to have you with us along this one of a kind experience.
