Düşer film evaporatör; ürünü ısıtıcı
tüplerin üstünden ince bir film halinde akıtarak kısa
süreli ve nazik ısıl temasla buharlaştıran, bu sayede
ısıya duyarlı ürünlerde yanma ve bozulmayı önleyen
yüksek verimli bir evaporasyon ekipmanıdır. Ürün akış
sırasında ısınarak su veya uçucu bileşenlerini
buharlaştırır; buhar üstten ayrılır, yoğunlaştırılmış ürün
ise alttan toplanır.

The falling film evaporator is a highly efficient
evaporation equipment that vaporises the product by
flowing it in a thin film over the heating tubes, ensuring
brief and gentle thermal contact, thereby preventing
burning and deterioration in heat-sensitive products.
The product heats up during flow, vaporising water or
volatile components; the vapour is separated at the top,
while the condensed product is collected at the
bottom.
