Salmon ceviche nori rolls on apple and wassabi cream with pickled cucumbers / Somon seviçe yosun rolları ve elma ve wasabi kreması, salatalık turşusu
Pear and purslane soup on meat stock / et suyuna armutlu semizotu çorbası
Baby spinach, mung bean, fresh herbs, on beef carpaccio with tangerine glaze /
körpe ıspanak, maş fasulyesi, taze otlar ve bonfile carpaccio, mandalina glaze ile
Oven grilled tenderloin, truffle oil&corn cream, black bean puree / Fırında ızgara bonfile, trüf mantarı yağı&mısır kreması, kara fasulye püresi
Grilled sea bream, beet houmus and micro vegetables, orange and star anise emulsion / ızgara çipura, pancar humus ve mikro sebzeler, portakal ve yıldız anason emulsiyon
Oven melted scamorza cheese, quince gelly, mini crisps/fırında eritilmiş scamorza peyniri, ayva jölesi, mini çıtırlar
Chocolate mousse with anise and turkish coffee, pommegrenate glaze / anasonlu ve türk kahveli çikolatalı mus, nar glaze
