“Bir Sofrada Miras” temasıyla hazırlanan özel menümüzde, unutulmaya yüz tutmuş tarifler, geleneksel pişirme teknikleri ve Anadolu ile Osmanlı mutfağının zengin lezzetleri Sultanahmet’in tarihi atmosferinde buluşuyor.

Fermente ürünlerden bitki temelli tariflere, kuşaktan kuşağa aktarılan saray lezzetlerinden yalın ve zarif sunumlara kadar her tabak kültürün, tarihin ve paylaşmanın hikâyesini anlatıyor.
