• Jiva Evleri: Konut İç Mekanlarında Modern ve Ferah Çizgiler
Balıkesir Burhaniye'de, Ege Denizi'ne sıfır konumlanan ve yapımı tamamlanan karma kullanımlı (konut ve ticari) Jiva Evleri projesinin konut bölümüne ait iç mekanlarında, dışarıdaki eşsiz manzarayı ve ferahlığı içeriye taşıyan modern bir konsept benimsedik. Geniş pencere açıklıklarıyla doğal ışığı yaşam alanlarına maksimum seviyede dahil ederken; sıcak ahşap detaylar, özenle seçilmiş mobilyalar ve birinci sınıf kaplama malzemeleriyle lüks ve konforu bir araya getirdik.

• Jiva Houses: Modern and Spacious Residential Interiors
In the residential interiors of the completed mixed-use (residential and commercial) Jiva Houses project, positioned right on the Aegean Sea in Burhaniye, Balıkesir, we adopted a modern concept that brings the unique exterior scenery and spaciousness indoors. While maximizing natural light in the living spaces through wide window openings, we brought luxury and comfort together with warm wood details, carefully selected furniture, and premium finish materials.

Balıkesir Burhaniye'de, İskele Yat Limanı'nın hemen önünde ve Ege Denizi'ne sıfır konumlanan karma kullanımlı Jiva Evleri tamamlanarak faaliyete geçmiştir.
Deniz cephesinde Kaz Dağları, 50 metre gerisinden geçen E-87 karayolu cephesinde ise Madra Dağları manzarasına hakim olan projemiz, bir oksijen cennetinin tam merkezinde yer almaktadır. Tarihi fabrika yapısının modern mimariyle harmanlandığı toplam 5 bloktan oluşan Jiva Evleri, geçmişin endüstriyel mirasını günümüzün modern dinamikleriyle buluşturmaktadır.

• Jiva Houses: Historical Heritage & Modern Architecture
Located right in front of the Burhaniye-Iskele Yacht Harbor in Balikesir, with a zero-to-sea position on the Aegean coast, our mixed-use Jiva Houses project is completed and now fully operational.
Commanding views of Mount Ida on the sea-facing side and the Madra Mountains on the E-87 highway facade located just 50 meters behind, the project is situated right in the heart of an oxygen paradise. Consisting of 5 blocks that beautifully blend a historical factory structure with modern architecture, Jiva Houses brings together the industrial heritage of the past with today's modern dynamics.

• Korugöl Resort: Ekolojik Dönüşüm ve Organik Mimari

Düzce Korugöl Tabiat Parkı’nda tasarladığımız projemiz; arazideki mevcut betonarme yapının izi üzerinde kurgulanan, doğaya saygılı bir ekolojik dönüşüm vizyonudur.
Topografyaya minimum müdahale ile tasarlanan ana yapı; restoran, idari birimler ve konaklama hacimlerini tek bir mimari kabukta toplayarak çevresel etkiyi minimize eder. Orman silüetinin uzantısı olan çatımız, misafirlerimize bütüncül bir seyir ve yaşam terası sunmaktadır.
Ana kütle etrafındaki jakuzili kır evlerimiz ise topografyayı korumak adına çelik platformlar üzerinde yükselmektedir. Doğaya açılan verandalarıyla bu birimler, orman içinde izole ve kesintisiz bir mekansal bağ kurar.

• Korugöl Resort: Ecological Transformation & Organic Architecture

Located in Düzce Korugöl Nature Park, our project is a sophisticated ecological transformation planned on the site's existing footprint with the utmost respect for nature.
Designed with minimal topographic intervention, the main structure consolidates all hospitality functions within an organic shell, minimizing environmental impact. Its roof serves as a holistic observation terrace, acting as a natural extension of the forest silhouette.
Our jacuzzi-equipped rural houses, planned around the core, are elevated on steel platforms to preserve the topography and minimize environmental impact. These units offer an isolated, uninterrupted spatial connection with the forest.

• Akdeniz Palace Hotel: Klasik İhtişamın Modern Çizgilerle Anıtsal Buluşması

Akdeniz kıyısında konumlanan Akdeniz Palace Hotel projesi, geleneksel saray mimarisi tipolojisini modern ve net çizgilerle yeniden yorumluyor. Yapının cephesi güçlü bir merkezi simetri etrafında şekillenirken; ana aks, anıtsal kemerler ve kubbe bitişleriyle vurgulanarak Akdeniz silüetinde kurumsal ve ağırbaşlı bir duruş sergiliyor.

Fonksiyon şemasında "mutlak mahremiyet" ilkesinin temel alındığı projede; kadın ve erkek kullanıcılar için tamamen ayrıştırılmış plaj, havuz ve spa sirkülasyonları, yapının genel simetrik estetiği ve mimari bütünlüğü bozulmadan kütle içerisine ustalıkla entegre edilmiştir. Yüksek tavanlı ferah süitler, cephedeki geniş açıklıklar ve ön alanda konumlanan özel marina ise yapının denizle kurduğu mekansal diyalogu en üst seviyeye taşımaktadır.

• Mediterranean Palace Hotel: A Monumental Encounter of Classical Grandeur and Modern Lines

Located on the Mediterranean coast, the Mediterranean Palace Hotel project reinterprets traditional palace architecture typology with modern and crisp lines. While the building's facade is shaped around a strong central symmetry, the main axis is emphasized by monumental arches and domes, presenting a dignified architectural stance on the Mediterranean skyline.

In the project where the principle of "absolute privacy" is foundational in the functional layout; completely separated beach, pool, and spa circulations for male and female users are integrated into the mass without disrupting the overall symmetrical aesthetics and architectural integrity of the structure. Spacious high-ceilinged suites, large openings on the facade, and the private marina positioned in the front elevate the spatial dialogue between the building and the sea to the highest level.

• V Orman Hotel: Topoğrafyanın Ritmine Eşlik Eden Kademeli Mimari

Bolu Mudurnu'da 44.270 metrekarelik eğimli bir araziye oturan 5 yıldızlı V Orman Hotel projesi, toprağın doğal ritmine eşlik eden kademeli bir mimari yaklaşım sunmaktadır. Arazinin dik eğimi bir engel olarak değil, kütleye yön veren ana form verici unsur olarak ele alınmış; kot farklarından doğan bodrum katlar, vadiye doğru kademelenerek açılan panoramik yaşama alanlarına dönüştürülmüştür.

Arazinin doğal eğrisine basamaklanarak oturan bu kütle kurgusunda, iç mekan ve vadi ilişkisini maksimize eden geniş açıklıklı cam sistemleri kullanılmıştır. Cephe kabuğunda ise doğa ile görsel uyum sağlayan traverten ve ahşap görünümlü A1 yangın sınıfı malzemeler tercih edilerek, doğal doku ile yüksek mühendislik ve güvenlik standartları kusursuzca entegre edilmiştir.

• V Orman Hotel: Cascading Architecture Accompanying the Rhythm of the Terrain

Situated on a 44,270 sqm sloped terrain in Mudurnu, Bolu, the 5-star V Orman Hotel project presents a cascading architectural approach that accompanies the natural rhythm of the soil. The steep slope is approached not as an obstacle, but as the main form-giver guiding the mass; basement levels emerging from elevation differences are transformed into a cascading sequence of panoramic living spaces opening towards the valley.

In this mass configuration that sits stepping down on the natural curve of the terrain, wide-span glass systems are utilized to maximize the interior-valley relationship. On the facade shell, nature-compatible travertine and wood-look A1 fire-class materials are preferred, flawlessly integrating the natural texture with high engineering and safety standards.

• Gizli Cennet: Ultra-Lüks ve Ayrıcalıklı Bir Yaşam

Doğanın en dik yamaçlarına meydan okumadan, onunla bütünleşerek yerleşen projemiz; turizm anlayışını "Ultra-Lüks" segmentte yeniden tanımlıyor. Burası sadece mimari bir şölen değil, kişiye özel hizmet anlayışının her detayda hissedildiği ayrıcalıklı bir tesis olarak kurgulandı.

"Kademeli Yerleşim" prensibiyle tasarlanan her bir villa önündeki manzarayı kesintisiz kucaklarken; yapılar arasından süzülen yapay şelaleler ve göletler, mimariyi adeta yaşayan bir organizmaya dönüştürüyor. Dışarıda doğanın vahşi yeşili hakimken, iç mekanda koyu mermer dokuların ve bronz detayların yarattığı "Dark Luxury" atmosferi misafirlere sofistike bir sığınak sunuyor. Standartların çok ötesindeki bu tesis; spa alanları, özel sonsuzluk havuzları ve kusursuz servis kalitesiyle, sadece konaklanan değil, "Ayrıcalıklı Olmanın" deneyimlendiği bir zirvedir.

While each villa, designed with the "Terraced Settlement" principle, uninterruptedly embraces the view before it; artificial waterfalls and ponds flowing between the structures transform the architecture into a living organism. As the wild green of nature dominates the outside, the "Dark Luxury" atmosphere created by dark marble textures and bronze details indoors offers a sophisticated sanctuary for elite guests. Far beyond standards, this facility, with its spa areas, private infinity pools, and impeccable service quality, is a summit where one does not merely stay, but experiences "Being Privileged."

• Dedeman Village SPA: Doğayla Bütünleşen Mimari Dokunuş

​Mengen Dedeman Village projemizdeki SPA ve havuz alanları, ormanın ekolojik dokusunu modern bir strüktürle bütünleştiren bir yaklaşımla kurgulandı. İç mekanda yer alan havuz aksını çevreleyen boydan boya eğrisel cam cephe, iç ve dış mekan sınırlarını şeffaflaştırarak mekana doğal bir derinlik katıyor ve kesintisiz bir panoramik manzara sunuyor.

​Açık alan kurgusunda yer alan panoramik dış mekan saunası, güneşlenme terasları, özel localar ve vitamin bar üniteleri; yapının doğal çevreyle kurduğu fiziksel ve görsel ilişkiyi maksimize edecek şekilde konumlandırıldı. Doğal ışığı ve çevresel faktörleri tasarıma dahil eden bu mekansal planlama, estetiği ve işlevselliği dört mevsim kullanılabilir bir mimari düzlemde buluşturuyor.

​• Dedeman Village SPA: An Architectural Touch Integrating with Nature

​The SPA and pool areas in our Mengen Dedeman Village project were designed with an approach that integrates the ecological texture of the forest with a modern structure. The floor-to-ceiling curvilinear glass facade surrounding the indoor pool axis makes the boundaries between indoor and outdoor transparent, adding natural depth to the space and offering an uninterrupted panoramic view.

​In the outdoor spatial arrangement, the panoramic outdoor sauna, sunbathing terraces, private gazebos, and vitamin bar units are positioned to maximize the physical and visual relationship the structure establishes with its natural surroundings. This spatial planning, which incorporates natural light and environmental factors into the design, unites aesthetics and functionality on an architectural plane usable in all four seasons.

• Merkez Cami: Parametrik Mimarinin Maneviyatla Buluşması

Muğla’da geliştirmekte olduğumuz büyük ölçekli karma kullanım projesinin kalbinde yer alan Merkez Cami; geleneksel mimariyi parametrik tasarımın sonsuz olasılıklarıyla yeniden yorumluyor. Tasarım geliştirme aşamasında olan projemiz, alışılagelmiş kubbe-minare ikiliğini ortadan kaldırarak İslam’daki "Vahdet" (Birlik) inancını fütüristik ve akışkan bir formda vücut bulduruyor.

Yerden gökyüzüne doğru incelerek yükselen sarmal kabuk; insanın dünyevi ağırlığını geride bırakıp ruhun hafifliğiyle göğe yükselişini (Miraç) simgeleyen dinamik bir döngü sunuyor. Yüksek teknoloji GRC panellerle hayat bulan bu monolitik ve kesintisiz hat, yapıyı kentsel bir heykele dönüştürerek modern mimari ile maneviyatı buluşturuyor.

• Central Mosque: Where Parametric Architecture Meets Spirituality

Located at the heart of our large-scale mixed-use project in Muğla, the Central Mosque reinterprets traditional architecture with the infinite possibilities of parametric design. Currently in the design development stage, our project transcends the dome-minaret duality, embodying the Islamic concept of "Vahdet" (Unity) in a futuristic and fluid form.

The spiral shell, tapering as it rises towards the sky, offers a dynamic cycle symbolizing the act of leaving worldly weight behind and ascending to the heavens (Mirac) with the lightness of the soul. This monolithic and continuous line, brought to life with high-tech GRC panels, transforms the structure into an urban sculpture, uniting modern architecture with spirituality.

• İsra Cami: Ahşabın Sıcaklığı ve Işığın Maneviyatı

İsra Cami'nin iç mekan konsepti, ibadet edenleri doğanın huzuruyla bütünleştirmek üzere özel olarak tasarlandı. Mekanın kalbinde yer alan ve tamamen camdan oluşan mihrap, Bolu Taşkesti'nin eşsiz orman manzarasını içeri taşıyarak ibadet alanına doğal bir ışık ve manevi bir derinlik katıyor.

Mihrabı çevreleyen taşıyıcı kolon ve perdelerde kullandığımız doğal ahşap kaplamalar, mekana sıcak ve dingin bir atmosfer kazandırıyor. Ahşap dokunun üzerine özenle işlenen 'Esma'ül Hüsna' ve İslami motifler, modern mimariyi inancın zarafetiyle buluşturuyor. Üç kattan oluşan ana ibadet alanımızda, kadınlar ve erkekler için özenle tasarlanmış ayrı mahfil katları bulunuyor. Yapının ana çekirdeğinde yer alan iç asansör ile tüm katlara konforlu bir erişim sağlarken; galeri boşlukları sayesinde mekanın her noktasından mihrapla kesintisiz görsel ve ruhsal bir bütünlük kuruyoruz.

• Isra Mosque: The Warmth of Wood and the Spirituality of Light

The interior concept of the Isra Mosque was specially designed to integrate worshippers with the tranquility of nature. Located at the heart of the space, the completely glass-designed mihrab brings the unique forest landscape of Bolu Taşkesti indoors, adding natural light and spiritual depth to the worship area.

The natural wood claddings we used on the load-bearing columns and walls surrounding the mihrab give the space a warm and serene atmosphere. The 'Esma'ül Hüsna' and Islamic motifs carefully engraved onto this wooden texture unite modern architecture with the elegance of faith. Our three-story main worship area features carefully designed separate mahfil floors for men and women. While providing comfortable access to all floors with the interior elevator located in the main core of the structure, we establish a seamless visual and spiritual connection with the mihrab from every point in the space through the gallery voids.
