I don’t know how can I thank to ‘Damkinart’ my great new friend for this artwork, it really means a lot for me. This work is a expressionist representation of my hooping and its meanings. As I dance, I try to find my inner balance, discover my own universe inside and outside of me. Both in micro and macro scales. I am becoming a part of this cosmos and it is also a part of me. We are generating each other. So, dance is the creation, dance is the formation. 💫✨

I do dance when the anxiety attacks come, its energy helps me to relax. So it’s the representation of my feelings during an attack! And all those people out there I advice you firstly to get professional help and with it find a way to express yourself! Sometimes words are so limiting, and dance is beyond the words for me.
