Todayβs focus was on interval runs + mobility session.
I did a 4 minute zone 4-5 + 3 minute zone 1-2 x4 sets of running intervals.
And finished the training with a 20 minute full body mobility flow.

This is how I train my abs, no circus work, no BS instagram show off movements. And I highly recommend you train your abs like this and focus on progressive over load if you want to see resultsπ
Ps. Seeing your abs, all comes down to lowering your body fat. No resistance workout will burn fat in your core area. Nutrition and daily activity is the key π

You donβt need to avoid restaurants to stay healthy. You just need a simple strategy that keeps you in control without feeling restricted.
Hereβs how to enjoy your meal and stay on track π
1. Prioritize protein + veggies They keep you full, control your appetite, and stabilize your blood sugar.
2. Choose grilled, baked, or roasted over fried This small swap cuts out unnecessary fats and calories.
3. Ask for sauces/dressings on the side Most of the βextra caloriesβ in restaurant meals come from hidden sauces.
4. Drink water or zero-calorie options Liquid calories add up faster than food.
5. If you want dessert, enjoy it, just adjust
Have your dessert, but reduce one portion of carbs or fats earlier in the day so your total daily calories stay aligned with your goals.
This way, you enjoy your food without sacrificing your progress. Awareness beats restriction every time.
