The traceability of the canning process is ensured by the commercial sterility control application carried out in our laboratory with the TS 10524 method valid for canned foods. This process is carried out by incubation test and including controls such as leakage, bombardment control and pH difference before and after incubation. We perform all analysis steps with devices whose calibration and measurement accuracy are followed by our competent personnel.

Real-Time PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) technique is used at the beginning of DNA-based GMO Screening analysis. It targets direct detection of the transferred gene or regulatory regions in the gene cassette of interest. These regions are common areas for most approved and non-approved GMO lines.
