🚀 Proud to share a new conference publication

Our latest conference paper by our researchers Yasamin Akrami and Melisa Sarıtaş, our Founding Executive Director Malek Malkawi, and Prof. Dr. Reda Alhajj, in collaboration with Istanbul Medipol University, the University of Calgary, and the University of Southern Denmark, has been officially published.

Titled “Vendor-Specific Vulnerability Analysis: A 26-Year Study of CVE Distribution Patterns,” the paper is published in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS, volume 16324) as part of the International Conference on Advances in Social Networks Analysis and Mining series.

The study focuses on analyzing 26 years of Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) distribution patterns from a vendor‑specific perspective to understand how vulnerabilities have evolved and which vendors are most frequently affected, enabling more effective vulnerability management strategies.

🎤 XLC at ISDFS 2026

Our ISTRL team successfully delivered their session on quantum-safe countermeasures in QKD systems and token-based authentication failures in cloud environments at the 14th International Symposium on Digital Forensics and Security (ISDFS) in the United States.

Wail Zita, Hamza Benmiloud, and Lect. Malek Malkawi represented XLC by sharing their impactful research with the international cybersecurity community.
