Over the past two weeks, we experienced issues with our shipping deliveries. We’re sharing this post to sincerely apologize.

In the last 4 years, we have never faced a situation like this, our orders have never been shipped this late. During this process, I personally reached out to almost every customer, explained the situation, and shared how we would resolve it. I met many of you along the way, and I truly thank you all for your patience and understanding.

All orders were handed over to the shipping company yesterday and today.

We have taken all necessary measures to ensure that this does not happen again.
