🇹🇷Hastamız 6 ay önce burunda şekil bozukluğu ve burun tıkanıklığı yakınması ile başvurmuştu. Hem burun tıkanıklığının giderilmesini istemiş hem de doğal bir görünüme kavuşmak istediğini söylemişti. 6. Ay kontrolünde hastamızın sağlığına ve arzu ettiği burun yapısına kavuşmanın sevincini paylaşmak istedim.
🇺🇸 Our patient had applied with complaints of nasal deformity and nasal congestion 6 months ago. He wanted to relieve nasal congestion and said that he wanted to have a natural appearance. I wanted to share the joy of our patient's health and his desired nose structure at the 6th month control.

🇹🇷-Bu hasta burun tıkanıklığı, ağzı açık uyuma ve burnundaki kemerli yapıdan şikayetçiydi. Piezo cihazı ile septorinoplasti ameliyatı yaptık.

Bu hastamızın doğuştan beri burunda şekil bozukluğu ve burundan nefes alamama yakınması vardı. Hastamıza piezo rinoplasti ameliyatı yaptım. Burun uç kısmı kısa olduğu için septumdan kıkırdak destek alarak destekledim.

This patient had complaints of nasal deformity and inability to breathe through the nose since birth. I performed piezo rhinoplasty for our patient. Since the tip of the nose is short, I supported it by taking cartilage support from the septum.

This patient came from Portugal. He had surgery before but had trouble breathing. Postoperatively, He was admitted with complaints of nasal deformity, had a crooked nose and inability to breathe.He had nasal congestion and sleep apnea. I used open technique and piezo device. I took a cartilage graft from the rib, the airway was opened with functional rhinoplasty surgery and the curvature was corrected.
