SUBLUMIN is a site-specific light installation derived from Lumin, developed in direct relation to architectural surfaces. Light follows the joints, seams, and cracks of a stone wall, revealing its structural rhythm. The wall is perceived as a mass through which light passes, making its texture and depth visible. As one of the first spatial encounters before the Lumin experience, SUBLUMIN sets the pace of the environment without drawing attention to itself.
As the viewer approaches, the body enters the space between light and surface, casting shadows that reveal movement and position. Proximity shifts perception: light recedes while the surface comes forward. SUBLUMIN explores the temporal relationship between surface, body, and light, preparing the viewer perceptually and spatially for the Lumin environment.

LUMIN
Interactive Installation, 2.5 m x 2.5 m, Projection, Depth Sensor, Custom Software
Lumin is a living installation inspired by nature and shaped by audience interaction. It presents a real-time simulation of bioluminescent worms inhabiting dark cave environments. The installation tracks the hand movements of visitors and transforms them into light and force fields within a virtual space. Through this interaction, an invisible connection is established between the audience and the artwork, allowing visitors to become an active part of the system. As interaction unfolds, life-like physical behaviors characteristic of bioluminescent organisms can be observed.

Created in collaboration with artist Ogün Kayıkçı, with sound design by İzel Baybars, Echoes of an Embrace is an interactive sound installation exploring touch, intimacy, and softness through sound.
Inspired by the tactile delicacy of cashmere, the work approaches the embrace not simply as physical contact, but as a sustained and evolving encounter. A cashmere textile surface forms the core of the installation, where the visitor’s proximity and touch are translated into musical note data that shape the unfolding soundscape.
By intertwining technical structure with sonic aesthetics, the installation transforms touch from a fleeting gesture into a continuous sensory dialogue. The embrace becomes an experience that lingers in the body, memory, and space, echoing the subtle relationship between skin and cashmere.

Woven by Touch is an immersive installation by DECOL that invites visitors to experience not only sight and sound, but the quiet pleasure of touch.
Created with Selpak using 100% cashmere fabric, the work transforms a gentle touch into a digital trace that surrounds the visitor.
In collaboration with electronic textile artist Afra Sönmez, cashmere becomes a responsive surface: soft, sensitive, and alive. Each delicate gesture on the fabric is translated into real-time data, unfolding within DECOL’s visual and sonic universe. The space breathes with Selpak Cashmere’s color palette, forming a living digital weave.
Fluid particles and digital fibers echo the fine curves of cashmere threads, stretching and dissolving in rhythm with touch. Every interaction creates a unique visual composition—a fleeting “pattern of pleasure,” where the tactile sensation finds its digital reflection.

Mirora is a living installation and an ever evolving symphony of light, shadow, and technology that unfolds differently in every space it inhabits. Positioned at the intersection of anamorphic art and real time digital systems, the work continuously reinterprets natural rhythms through a computational lens.
Rather than belonging to a single place, Mirora is designed to travel. As it moves across cities and countries, the installation adapts to each new environment, absorbing spatial, architectural, and atmospheric nuances. Every presentation becomes a unique iteration shaped by context, scale, and audience, allowing the work to exist as a living entity rather than a fixed artifact.

Aural Ritual began as an experiment in translating sound into spatial motion.
Through layers of digital modeling, simulation, and procedural systems, the piece slowly took on its own cadence.
This video opens the studio door to the work’s creation, revealing the digital rituals behind the final experience.

Aural Ritual illuminates the neurophysiological impact of intentional sound creation. Each tone is meticulously crafted, layered, and refined; each frequency is selected to interact with key regulatory systems ; neural pathways, cellular memory, and intrinsic rhythmic processes. A clear intersection of sound design, neuroscience and contemporary wellness practices as a contemporary art therapy.
For thousands years, sound has supported physiological and psychological balance. In Aural Ritual, this long-standing knowledge is integrated with modern methodology through Erdem Tunalı’s specialized sonic arrangements and our studio’s semiological analysis, forming a bridge between well-being science and new media art.
Here, sound is both a designed stimulus and an embodied experience; constructed, systematized and delivered with purpose. A frequency engineered to create intentional resonance and measurable impact within the field of sound therapy and neuroacoustic practice.
This represents the tune behind the experience.

Aural Ritual: A multi-sensory installation that explores the healing and transformative potential of sound through frequency reinforced by light and patterns.
Drawing from psychoacoustics, sacred geometry, and neuroaesthetics, Aural Ritual creates a ritualistic space where aural and visual elements converge to facilitate introspection, balance, and inner resonance.
Beyond narrative or representation, the experience invites visitors into a temporal rift of gradual transformation.
