The Senate could vote as early as TOMORROW on Joint Resolutions of Disapproval to block over $450 million worth of bombs and bulldozers to Israel.
Right now, the Israeli military is flattening southern Lebanon, ethnically cleansing Palestinians in the occupied West Bank, and accelerating its genocide in Gaza. And while there is a shaky ceasefire with Iran, thousands of Iranians have been killed in US-Israeli airstrikes as part of an illegal and immoral war. Wow! 19 to 22% of the US adult population is Catholic. That is 70 to 77 million people. It's the largest Christian denomination in the US. Donald just alienated these people by going after our beloved Pope Leo. I was raised Muslim, I have attended interfaith church for many years. I have a huge respect for Pope Leo and previously Pope Francis and the Catholic Church. The message that the Pope gave is universal in kindness and love. That's why he is "our" Pope!
I am curious how the rest of the world feels about Donald now that he and the Pentagon attack the church?
How will the world respond to Trump's nonstop hate and endless wars that goes against the message of the Pope?
