📢Appel à candidatures: Erasmus project
Dans le cadre de ses activités et en cohérence avec ses objectifs visant à favoriser l’insertion socioculturelle et socioprofessionnelle des jeunes, notre association a le plaisir de lancer un appel à candidatures pour la sélection de participants à un programme de renforcement des capacités qui se déroulera en Tunisie.

🌍 À propos du programme :
Cette activité représente la deuxième phase du projet et réunira des jeunes et des acteurs de jeunesse issus de 8 associations de 8 pays.
L’objectif est de renforcer les compétences en animation de Social Hackathons et de favoriser l’échange interculturel.

🎯 Objectifs de programme :
•Développer les compétences en facilitation de Social Hackathons
Encourager l’innovation sociale et la créativité
Favoriser le partage de bonnes pratiques entre participants
Co-construire des solutions aux défis locau
🧠 Méthodologie :
La formation repose sur des méthodes d’éducation non formelle :
ateliers interactifs
discussions de groupe
apprentissage entre pairs
exercices pratiques
sessions de réflexion .....

👥 Profil recherché :
Jeunes engagés ou travailleurs de jeunesse
Intérêt pour l’innovation sociale et le travail communautaire
Motivation à participer activement et à partager les acquis
Âge entre 20 et 40 ans

🤝 Engagement des participants sélectionnés :
Les participants retenus s’engagent, à l’issue de meeting, à transmettre les connaissances acquises en organisant un processus local structuré visant à former 50 jeunes (5 ateliers locaux, réunissant chacun une dizaine de jeunes participants).
Cet accompagnement se fera à travers différentes phases (ateliers, sessions de mentorat, activités collaboratives, ....) afin de préparer ces jeunes à participer à un grand Social Hackathon qui sera organisé dans le cadre du projet.

Hello everyone 👋,

We are ACTIVEngo (Actors for Initiatives and Development), a Tunisian youth organisation established in 2024. We already have a strong and reliable network of German and French partner organisations, built through cooperation since 2016, and we are now actively aiming to expand our partnerships across Europe and beyond 🌐.

Our work focuses on intercultural dialogue 🤝, youth empowerment 💪, social inclusion & social change 🌱, and international mobility ✈️ as key tools for sustainable impact.

ACTIVEngo was founded as a return project by former European Solidarity Corps and Service Civique volunteers, continuing long-term social impact and European youth cooperation values 🇪🇺.

We actively work with young people with fewer opportunities, especially from rural and remote areas 🌾 and highly populated / underserved districts 🏘️ in Tunisia.
