In Tunisia, approximately 900,000 loaves of bread are wasted daily, totaling around 100 million dinars annually 🍞↘️.
This amounts to 113,000 tons yearly, with each family discarding an average of 42 kilograms. The prominent 15.7% bread wastage rate, especially among the country's 3,800 bakeries, leads to the squandering of over 680 tons of subsidized flour yearly 🥖🥖.
These staggering statistics highlight the urgent need for sustainable solutions.

Upon the world crisis💧 and drought ,we must be aware of watse management crisis.

Everyday we throw tones of organic food waste that could be turned into something valuable.

How⁉️
Comporoll is a small machine used to compost kitchen food scraps(🚮), yard waste coffee grounds ,tea bags , and pet waste. This compost can be used as a fertilizer for plants 🌱 🪴,also to improve the quality of soil to avoid drought crisis.

Finding sustainable countermeasures for these problems requires completely new approaches and the integration of technology such as Internet of Things (IoT) techniques to establish a prototype ecosystem monitoring system by developing innovative smart devices.

In fact, we systematically review and discuss the ELECTROCHEMICAL SENSORS , including sensors that monitor the plant 🌿 soil, and environmental conditions that directly affect plant growth🌱 .
These sesors are mainly used to monitor the levels of Phosphorous, potassium, Calcium, Sodium, Nitrogen, Copper, and Iron.
