Le programme ACCESS vient de publier son premier ouvrage, en juin 2025, sur la problématique de l'employabilité des diplômés de l'enseignement supérieur en Afrique. Ce premier volume est consacré au "Réseautage universitaire et l’employabilité dans certains pays africains". La méthode privilégiée est celle des études de cas dans certaines universités africaines.
La plupart des articles sont rédigés par des docteurs qui ont obtenus des bourses d'étude d'ACCESS 1.0 (2020-2024), à l'université de Leipzig.
L'ouvrage a été édité par le professeur docteur UTZ Dornberger et son étudiant le Dr.Christopher Boafo.
La maison d'édition de l'ouvrage ; Nomos est de Baden Baden. Elle met l'ouvrage à 42 Euros (la vente de copies électroniques est possible moyennant paiement international).

A look back in images at today’s workshop, February 9, at FSHST, on “Preparing for the oral exam of the national competitive recruitment exam for assistant professors in higher education.”
A contribution from ACCESS2.0 toward improving the employability of candidates, 2026, for this competition. The TransLab Laboratory organized this promising activity. It was led by Dr. Mariem Bennour.
The session was moderated by Professors Dr. Hamadi Tizaoui and Ahmed Khouaja, Director of the TransLab Laboratory.

The ACCESS 2.0 program participated today, February 4, 2026, at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of Tunis ( كلــيّة العلوم الإنسانيّة و الاجتماعيّة بتــونس الصفحة الرّسمية ), in partnership with the Career and Certification Center, 4C9 FSHST - 9 Avril , at the Faculty’s annual Job Fair.
The ACCESS 2.0 team, represented by Prof.Dr. Hamadi Tizaoui , Board Member of ACCESS 2.0, delivered a lecture entitled, with Malek Othman , ACCESS Coordinator, supporting lecture and discussion session:
“Graduate Unemployment in Tunisia: A Structural, Gendered Issue Poorly Addressed by Employability Policies”.
The day continued with presentations from the National Employment and Independent Work Agency (ANETI) and the HR Manager of Teleperformance Group , one of the largest private employers in call centers in Greater Tunis (7,500 employees).
The afternoon was dedicated to an interactive workshop for sharing success stories in employability, featuring former students of FSHST who are now successful employees or entrepreneurs.
The discussions and exchanges between the various partners, faculty members, and students of FSHST point to the strengthening of an employability culture within the Faculty.

The Local ACCESS Business Idea Competition and Start-up, held on December 27–28, 2025 at The Dot, was successfully concluded. The event marks an important milestone in advancing research-based entrepreneurship and employability-oriented innovation within the Tunisian higher education ecosystem.
The competition was organized by the ACCESS Tunisia team, under the leadership and coordination of Prof. Dr. Hamadi Tizaoui, Board Member of ACCESS Tunisia, and Ms. Malek Othman , ACCESS Tunisia Coordinator. Their strategic guidance, commitment, and scientific oversight ensured the successful design and implementation of the event in line with the objectives of the ACCESS 2.0 program.
The competition was implemented within the framework of the ACCESS 2.0 Scientific Cooperation Program (2025–2029), coordinated by the African Center for Career Development and Skills Support (ACCESS 2.0). This international consortium brings together seven African universities and the university of Leipzig (Germany), with the shared objective of addressing labor market stagnation in Africa despite rising educational attainment through research, innovative teaching models, and strengthened university–industry collaboration.
In collaboration with the UNIVERSITÄT LEIPZIG and the African German Entrepreneurship Academy (AGEA), the Business Idea Competition focused on identifying innovative, research-based start-up ideas addressing concrete economic and societal needs in Tunisia, with particular attention to inclusive, locally grounded, and sustainable solutions.
We express our sincere appreciation to the Jury members Ms. Cher Mar , Mr. Sendi Zied , Ms. Racha Sallemi Taleb , and Ms. Ichrak Klai for their professionalism, expertise, and valuable feedback, which greatly contributed to the quality, fairness, and credibility of the competition.
We also extend our heartfelt thanks to all collaborators who contributed to the success of this event. We thank The Dot for hosting the competition and for providing an outstanding venue and high-quality equipment. We are especially grateful to Ms. Anfèl Ben Souheil for her warm hospitality and continuous support.
