TimorAds is seeking a passionate and driven individuals to join our team as a Filmmaker. The ideal candidate will have a strong enthusiasm for filmmaking and at least a basic understanding of production processes. Depending on their skill level, the successful applicant may initially start as a Production Assistant with opportunities for growth within the team.

Job Title: Filmmaker (+ Dual-Role if capable)
Employment Type: Full-Time Employee
Work Hours: 13:00 – 18:00 (Average 5-hour flexible workdays)
Work Schedule: 4 days in-office + 3 days remote (Flexible)
Contract Duration: Initial 2 month contract with potential for a 18-month extension after evaluation

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Film Production Support:**
- Assist in pre-production tasks, including storyboarding, planning, and organizing shoots.
2. **Post-Production Assistance:**
- Provide support during the editing process, including organizing footage and preparing assets.
3. **Creative Contribution:**
- Bring fresh ideas and perspectives to projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance storytelling and production quality.
4. **Administrative Tasks:**
- Help maintain project files, equipment inventory, and production schedules.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
