Rockstar Games is putting an enormous amount of detail into GTA 6, with Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick stating that generative AI is not being used to create the gameâs world. Instead, the project is being built through the studioâs traditional development process, with human creativity playing a major role in shaping Leonida.
Rockstar has also revealed that GTA 6 features more than 600,000 animations, highlighting the scale of work going into character movement and world detail. That figure is roughly twice the animation count of Red Dead Redemption 2 and more than ten times the amount reported for GTA 5.
A dedicated team has reportedly worked on making the people living in Leonida feel more believable and natural. While animation numbers alone do not determine gameplay quality, they show the extraordinary amount of production work behind Rockstarâs next open-world game.

Cal Kestisâ story is officially heading toward its next chapter. EA has confirmed that Respawn Entertainment is developing a third Star Wars Jedi game, continuing the journey of the Jedi protagonist introduced in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and continued in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.
The new game is planned as the final chapter of Calâs story, giving Respawn an opportunity to bring the characterâs journey to a conclusion. However, major details are still under wraps. The official title, release date, platforms and gameplay features have not yet been revealed.
There have also been claims that the next game could deliver a much larger open world and become the biggest adventure in the series, but those details remain unconfirmed. For now, the confirmed news is that a third Star Wars Jedi game is in development and will conclude Calâs storyline.

Castlevania could be preparing for another major comeback. Rumours suggest Konami is developing a big-budget revival of the legendary vampire-hunting series, potentially bringing its gothic world and iconic characters to a modern gaming audience. The project itself has not been fully revealed, so many important details remain unknown.
The reported gameâs setting, gameplay style, scope and development status are still unconfirmed. Konami has continued expanding the Castlevania brand, including the announced Belmontâs Curse, which has added fresh interest around the franchise and sparked speculation about what could come next.
If a larger Castlevania project is genuinely in development, it could represent a significant new chapter for the series. Whether Konami chooses a fully 3D action adventure, a classic 2D experience or something that combines both approaches remains to be seen. For now, fans should treat the reported revival as unconfirmed.

Rocksteady may be returning to the Dark Knight. The studio behind the Batman: Arkham series is reportedly working toward a new single-player Batman game, marking a potential return to the style of games that made the developer famous. However, the project has not been officially announced yet.
Current reports suggest the game could feature a much larger open world, while recent development activity points toward work involving combat, enemy AI, NPC behavior and open-world traversal. These details provide clues about the project, but they do not confirm the final gameplay, setting or world size.
There is also no confirmed title, story, platform list or release date. Whether this becomes another Arkham adventure or a completely new Batman story remains unknown. For now, fans should treat the project as unannounced and the larger-world details as rumors rather than confirmed features.

Rumors surrounding a potential remake of the original Metal Gear Solid have resurfaced, with claims that Konami could be considering a full modern rebuild of the 1998 PlayStation classic. The rumored project would reportedly bring Shadow Moses to modern hardware while significantly updating stealth, combat, camera systems, and controls.
A remake on that scale could require much more than a visual upgrade. Konami producers have previously discussed how recreating the first Metal Gear Solid would involve rebuilding many environments and gameplay elements from scratch. That could make the project a much larger reimagining than Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, which stays relatively close to the structure and design of the original game.
For now, however, an MGS1 remake remains unconfirmed. Konami has not officially announced that the project is in development, so these reports should be treated as speculation. If the remake does happen, the biggest question may be whether Konami preserves the classic experience or takes the opportunity to completely modernize it.

A wild new rumor claims FromSoftware could be working on a single-player dark-fantasy game with a pirate-inspired setting. The project is allegedly titled Cerulean Onslaught, with reports describing ocean exploration, mysterious islands, and a large ship that could serve as the playerâs mobile base.
The rumored concept would be a major change of scenery for the studio, potentially combining its trademark dark atmosphere and challenging gameplay with maritime exploration. However, the details are far from consistent. Some versions of the rumor describe a traditional open-world adventure, while others claim the experience could instead revolve around a massive shipwreck.
A separate project reportedly carrying the codename âFMCâ is said to be in development, but there is currently no confirmed connection between that project and the pirate-themed claims. FromSoftware has not announced Cerulean Onslaught, so the entire report should be treated as unverified speculation rather than confirmed Gaming News.

Rumors surrounding Sonyâs next console are pointing toward PlayStation 6 potentially supporting PS4 and PS5 games through backward compatibility. If accurate, the feature could give players a much larger library to carry into the next generation without leaving recent favorites behind.
More ambitious claims suggest the PS6 could eventually support games from every PlayStation generation, including PS1 through PS5. However, those reports remain unconfirmed. PS3 games would present a particularly difficult technical challenge because of the consoleâs unique Cell processor architecture, which makes straightforward backward compatibility much harder than on newer PlayStation hardware.
Older games could instead continue reaching players through emulation, remasters, digital releases, or PlayStation Plus streaming. Sony has not officially announced the PS6 or confirmed which generations it will support, so these details should be treated as speculation for now.

Wardogs is off to a massive start on Steam, reportedly surpassing 2.4 million copies sold while its concurrent player peak has climbed beyond 428,000. The shooter has also remained at the top of Steamâs bestseller chart for six consecutive days, an impressive run for a game still in Early Access.
Its reception has improved dramatically since launch. After early server problems affected the experience, the gameâs Steam review score reportedly climbed from around 45% positive to roughly 80%. Much of the renewed praise centers on its traditional FPS design, focusing on straightforward large-scale combat rather than following every modern multiplayer trend.
Wardogs also stands out for its approach to monetization and matchmaking. Reports indicate there is no battle pass or pay-to-win system, while rewards can be earned through gameplay and a classic server browser is available. With console versions also confirmed, the early numbers suggest there is still a huge audience for a more straightforward warfare-focused shooter.

Rumors surrounding a potential Resident Evil Code: Veronica remake are gaining attention, with reports suggesting that Albert Weskerâs backstory could receive more focus in a modern version of the classic survival horror game. If accurate, the remake could explore more of Weskerâs origins, motivations, and connection to the events surrounding the story.
In the original Code: Veronica, Wesker plays an important role in the wider Resident Evil storyline, but a remake could potentially give the character additional scenes or context. Expanding his history could also help connect the game more closely to the larger series while giving longtime fans new story details to discover.
However, there is currently no official confirmation that these reported changes will be included. Any information about an expanded Wesker storyline should be treated as speculation until Capcom provides details about the project. A modern Code: Veronica remake remains a highly requested idea among the Resident Evil community, making every new report worth watching.
