The Supply Chain policy of O.M. Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. made to ensure that its activities are conducted in line with the above principles which include the Human Rights Policy and Sustainable Procurement Charter. Also, in order to ensure that the purchasing activities are avoid purchasing all Conflict Minerals and Metals from its supply chain.

O.M. Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. handles all solder scraps accordance with the environmental laws by tin and tin alloys manufacturing processes under the technology of O.M. Company Limited where is existing for over 50 years in Japan.
The company received raw materials from electronics factories, etc., where able to clearly identify the origin in order to support for electronic component manufacturers.
We respect human right and avoid contributing to conflict through our raw material sourcing practices and we commit to conducting the business through our directors, employees, officers and agents in accordance with applicable laws and overall in an honest and ethical manner. We believe that honesty, ethics and integrity are an essential foundation that builds trust with clients, business partners, shareholders and the community at large in which the company operates.
In addition, we commit to refraining from any action which contributes to the financing of conflict and comply with both national and international law which relating to the Conflict Minerals included UN Security Council Resolutions and the US Dodd Frank Act.

บริษัท โอ. เอ็ม. แมนูแฟคเจอริ่ง (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด รับจัดการเศษโลหะบัดกรีทั้งหมดตามกฎหมายสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยกระบวนการผลิตดีบุกและดีบุกผสมภายใต้เทคโนโลยีของ บริษัทโอ. เอ็ม. จำกัด ที่มีประสบการณ์มานานกว่า 50 ปีในประเทศญี่ปุ่น บริษัทฯ ได้รับวัตถุดิบจากโรงงานอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ซึ่งสามารถระบุแหล่งกำเนิดได้อย่างชัดเจน

นอกจากนี้เรามุ่งมั่นที่จะละเว้นจากการกระทำใด ๆ ที่ก่อให้เกิด หรือสนุบสนุนการจัดหาเงินทุนสำหรับความขัดแย้ง และปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายทั้งในท้องถิ่นและกฏหมายสากลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแร่ความขัดแย้ง รวมถึงข้อมติคณะมนตรีความมั่นคงแห่งสหประชาชาติและกฎหมายดอดด์-แฟรงค์
นโยบายห่วงโซ่อุปทานของบริษัท โอ. เอ็ม. แมนูแฟคเจอริ่ง (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ากิจกรรมที่จะดำเนินการสอดคล้องกับหลักการดังกล่าวข้างต้นซึ่งรวมถึงนโยบายสิทธิมนุษยชนและจัดจ้างอย่างยั่งยืน นอกจากนี้เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ากิจกรรมการจัดซื้อหลีกเลี่ยงการซื้อแร่และโลหะที่มีความขัดแย้งทั้งหมดจากห่วงโซ่อุปทาน

ด้วยสำนักงานนิคมอุตสาหกรรมปิ่นทอง (สน.ปท.) ร่วมกับบริษัท ปิ่นทอง อินดัสเตรียล ปาร์ค จำกัด (มหาชน) ดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรม กนอ. รักษ์โลก รักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม โดยการปลูกต้นไม้บริเวณที่ทำการชุมชนหนองยายบู่ หมู่ 10 ต.หนองขาม อ. ศรีราชา จ.ชลบุรี ในวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 6 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2562 เวลา 8:30-12:00 โดยโครงการจัดร่วมกับชุมชนรอบนิคมฯ และผู้ประกอบการโรงงานในนิคมอุตสาหกรรม กลุ่มปิ่นทอง ทั้งนี้ เพื่อนำร่องโครงการสวนป่าสมุนไพรของชุมชน หนองยายบู่ ในการน๊้ ทางผู้บริหารของเรา บริษัทโอ. เอ็ม. แมนูแฟคเจอริ่ง (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ได้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของกิจกรรม จึงส่งพนักงานไปเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม และสนับสนุนมอบเครื่องดื่ม และขนม ให้กับทางโครงการเพื่อทำการแจกจ่ายให้แก่ผู้ที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้อีกด้วย
