รมควันกันข้ามวัน
ใช้ไฟอ่อนแบบ low & slow 🔥
คุมอุณหภูมิให้นิ่ง เพื่อให้ collagen ค่อย ๆ แตกตัว
ไขมันค่อย ๆ render เข้าไปในเนื้อ
จนได้ bark ด้านนอก กับเนื้อที่ยังนุ่มยังฉ่ำอยู่ข้างใน

แล้วมี finish ของ hickory กับไม้ผลพื้นเมืองตามมาตอนทาน

burger ขอบเกรียม ๆ
tacos เนื้อรมควันฉ่ำ ๆ
ribs ที่ดึงแล้วแทบหลุดจากกระดูก

Still the same smoke, just a different mood around it

We went the other way

A mix of vintage warmth and mid-century

dark wood
warm fabric
soft lighting
vinyl corners

It’s still about meat and craft

but the space makes the evening feel slower and easier

and still get that same smoke coming out of the pit
