งานประกวดแบบ ปรับปรุงอาคาร 5ชั้น อายุ30ปี ให้กลายเป็น ศุนย์กลาง ความรู้ และ ศูนย์บ่มเพาะด้านเทคโนโลยี ของภาคใต้ ภายใต้งบประมาณ 15ล้านบาท
Conceptual Design
เรามีแนวคิดจาก การพัฒนาภายใน สู่ภายนอก โดยการ Inspire & Sparking ผู้ที่ใช้งานอาคาร โดยที่ระบบอาคารมีการใช้งานเทคโนโลยี ไม่ว่าจะเป็นระบบการรักษาความปลอดภัยด้วย RFID ไมโครชิพ ในการอนุญาติ การเข้าถึงแต่ละชั้น แต่ละห้อง และรวมถึงการ ใช้ระบบควบคุมไฟอัจฉริยะ ที่สามารถควบคุม ปริมาณการใช้กระแสไฟฟ้า ผ่าน iPad ที่จะทำให้สามารถ ทราบสถิติการใช้พลังงาน และสามารถบริหารจัดการการใช้พลังงานได้ Realtime
เรานำการใช้งานเทคโนโลยี เข้ามาออกแบบ ร่วมกับศิลปะ ผสมผสานแนวคิดเชิงสร้างสรรค์ ออกมาเป็นตัวอาคารซึ่งมุ่งเน้น Function การใช้งานเป็นหลัก
