Vedic express audit of an AI-rendered house before land purchase and construction
Bacolor, Pampanga, Philippines
Request: review of the house based on a 3D model. Is everything aligned from a Vedic perspective
Audit: Dragon Lab ‧ Evgeniy Zhukovets
The entrance is the key element — it defines the life program. In this case, it is oriented toward nurturing, comfort, and interaction with children. The solution is correct. It is recommended to enhance it with patterns, add a canopy, and place a sacred element above the entrance inside. A straight exit line supports a direct life path. The door should open inward
Windows are evenly distributed, with no imbalance. This creates balance between the masculine and feminine sides. It is recommended to add a window in the kitchen aligned with the second-floor window
The kitchen layout is acceptable but requires adjustment: move the stove to the far right and the sink to the far left. Ideally, swap the kitchen and living room, with a stronger visual emphasis on the kitchen
Facade colors should be diluted with white: golden, pink, and light lilac tones. Diluted red and blue are not recommended
The home office is divided into two diagonal zones: the right side supports logic and work, the left side supports negotiations and intuitive understanding. Place the desk against the right wall and shift the door to the left
On the second floor, all doors open correctly inward
The ground-floor bathroom requires repositioning of the flush tank closer to the main wall
The staircase requires mandatory correction, ideally changing the direction of ascent
The master bedroom enhances themes of change in personal life. The bed is currently in a neutral position
Bedroom #1 is suitable for a young man, supporting independence, business initiation, and starting a family. However, the bed placement is unfavorable — it is recommended to swap it with the wardrobe
Bedroom #3 supports soft feminine qualities for girls up to teenage age. It is recommended to rotate the bed, possibly with the headboard toward the window
The central areas on both floors are designed correctly — open and without load or obstruction
Required corrections: add a window in the kitchen, adjust stove placement, reposition the flush tank, correct the staircase, rearrange the bed in Bedroom #1, rotate the bed in Bedroom #3, and neutralize the impact of bathrooms
Other adjustments are optional and aimed at enhancing the qualities and goals of the residents

Vedic Express Audit of a Villa for Sale in Phuket, Manick
THB 39.9M (~ $1.2M)
Listing: BountyPhuket ‧ Anna Shueva
Audit: Dragon Lab ‧ Evgeniy Zhukovets
The villa is located by a natural water body. This setting enhances three key qualities: adaptability and dynamic lifestyle, rational thinking and strategy, as well as the ability to see the bigger picture and make balanced decisions
The pool is well positioned: it supports relaxation and does not create a sense of obstacles
Key strengths
The left side of the living room is a primary highlight of the villa: abundant natural light, enhanced by both the pool and the nearby water. This area is highly favorable for thinking through income, financial growth, business decisions, and it actively stimulates logic and mental clarity
The second highlight is the center of the house. It features an open-air courtyard with a tree — a strong architectural solution. Light, space, and openness are fully realized here. It only requires regular maintenance and cleanliness
The entrance is positioned in one of the most favorable sectors, though it requires a targeted protective adjustment
The exterior color aligns well with the optimal palette (light grey with white)
The garage is located in a proper zone and has no negative impact
There is only one staircase, located in the basement — a rare advantage for a villa of this scale
Bathrooms are not located in critical areas and require minimal correction
Points to improve
Kitchen: the stove requires adjustment to reduce excess tension
Bedroom #4: lacks natural light — adding a window or enhancing lighting is recommended
Functional features
The master bedroom supports mobility and activity, especially in business related to travel
The basement-level bedroom is best suited for guests
‧‧‧
Conclusion
The villa is designed for an active lifestyle and management, suitable for long-term living and ownership
The architecture and positioning are fundamentally strong. Only targeted adjustments are needed (color, lighting, spatial elements), with no major structural changes
An additional 150+ parameters (zoning for family members, furniture layout, usage scenarios, entrance optimization, plot dynamics, etc.) are available to the buyer

Video below in the comments
Key Parameters
• The entrance is positioned in one of the most favorable sectors out of 32 (often referred to as the “royal position”). It enhances activity, success, and social visibility for the owner
• The layout includes a dedicated financial potential zone with sufficient space. It can support income, wealth, and business growth with minor adjustments — currently lacking natural light and proper color balance
• Bedroom #4 can be effectively converted into a home office. One of the best areas in the house for management and financial decision-making
• The southern sector is underrepresented. As a result, qualities such as competitiveness, physical drive, and achievement are reduced. The architecture is more aligned with a calm, relaxed lifestyle
• The center of the house is occupied by a dining table, which amplifies focus on food and prolonged gatherings. The dining table should be moved
• A large amount of natural light from the south, further reinforced by the presence of the pool, creates a strong relaxation effect
Zones
• The kitchen is located in a sector that requires adjustment in terms of open fire usage
• Bathroom #3 is positioned in a zone well-suited for relaxation and extended use
• Bedroom #13 is especially favorable for elderly residents. It supports calmness and longevity, provided this area is kept well-organized
Advantages
• Single-story layout
• No stairs
• No dark utility areas
• Clean layout without complex internal corners
Not a property for athletes or high achievers. The architecture is oriented toward a calm, relaxed lifestyle. After spending time here, residents typically feel relaxed and temporarily detached from external pressures
Investment Potential
The property is particularly well-suited for rental use, especially in the short-term rental market
Adjustments for Permanent Living
For full-time residence, Vedic tuning is recommended:
• color adjustments across rooms
• additional lighting in specific areas
• integration of plants
• furniture repositioning and orientation
No major structural modifications are required

Case. Correction of a Three-Storey Office for a Legal Company
The office has been fully renovated, with approximately $47,000 invested in dismantling old structures, repairs, painting, and new equipment
The building was originally designed without the principles of harmonious architectural logic in mind. Because of this, the main issue is visible immediately: all five restrooms are located exactly in the center across all three floors. While this is convenient for an office layout, the central zone is the most sensitive part of any building. It determines the distribution of load, spatial quality, and the functional behavior of all surrounding areas. Placing service rooms, staircases, or structural mass in this zone is a major architectural error from the perspective of Vedic spatial organization
Despite that, the property turned out to be highly workable:
• deviation from the cardinal directions is only 1 degree
• all three staircases fall within the correct western sector
• the main entrance is located on the east
• shifting the entrance 3 meters south (to the left of its current position) would place it in the most favorable sector among all 32 possible
Visible structural beams are another weak point. Workstations were rearranged so that no employee is seated directly beneath them
The office safe was repositioned onto the active financial axis
The central zone was strengthened with natural structural elements (crystals) to stabilize the building’s core
All three staircases were treated with specific sacral geometric patterns and formulas to reduce their negative influence
Absorbing materials were installed in four service rooms to improve spatial quality
For the entrance area, a custom-designed image was developed and installed — with a color palette, pattern structure, and sacred formulas selected specifically to support the company’s financial flow
The date and exact time of the correction work were chosen in advance through astrological calculation
Together with the CEO and CFO, the installation of natural elements (crystals) and the adjustment of the entrance, service rooms, staircases, restrooms, employee areas, and executive offices were completed
Immediate feedback after the work was finished: “It feels more comfortable now

Case Study: Vedic Spatial Analysis of a Residential Apartment (by Vastu, Feng Shui, Sacral and Craft)
Conducted by: Evgeniy Zhukovets
Interior Design: Serafima Ivanova
A second-floor apartment in a residential building, one of four units on the floor. Remarkably, the original layout includes a high number of beneficial architectural factors — a rare find. The interior designer also did an exceptional job. Below are just a few highlights out of 300+ analyzed parameters.
Conclusion:
Surprisingly well-suited for family life and child development. Identical apartments on floors 1, 3, and 4 would share the same advantages. Minimal adjustments required. Structurally strong and energetically aligned.
Key Insights:
‧ All windows face auspicious directions, while solid walls occupy the inauspicious zones — a rare and highly favorable configuration.
‧ The entrance promotes financial accumulation, family stability, and physical vitality.
– Direct access from the entrance to the balcony is especially lucky.
‧ The balcony is fully enclosed and functions as a home office — located in the prosperity and business zone. Ideal for financial planning and focus.
‧ The balcony and living room are the crown jewels of this apartment — both extremely well-placed and energetically uplifting.
‧ The wealth zone is relatively small but can be enhanced with crystals, mirrors, and dynamic wall patterns.
‧ Both children’s rooms are in favorable locations, especially the second one with two windows. These rooms support learning and growth. Adding some live plants is recommended.
‧ In the second children’s room, beds should be oriented with heads toward the corridor. The sofa is poorly placed and not recommended for sleeping — it should be moved to a better wall.
‧ In the first children’s room, the sleeping direction should be reversed — not toward the window.
‧ The master bedroom is in a peaceful zone, good for relaxation but may induce passivity. Sleeping with the head toward the wall is favorable (already implemented), but the current bed position — with feet facing the door — is unfavorable. It should be shifted toward the window. The grey tones are a positive design choice.
‧ The kitchen is in a favorable zone. The stove doesn’t intrude into the active sector but is near its border — which is acceptable.
‧ The living room is the energetic center of the apartment — open, central, and balanced. A space for ideas, connection, and clarity. Consider replacing the sofa with a white or light yellow one.
‧ The bathroom location doesn’t support deep relaxation — it may amplify internal tension. Water in this sector can weaken confidence, stability, and authority.
‧ As with most homes, toilets and staircases are energetically sensitive zones. All toilets should be corrected (with crystals, yantras, etc.), regardless of placement.
‧ The overall color palette (green, grey, ochre, brown) is coherent. Not all colors perfectly match every room, but they work especially well in the balcony, kitchen, and master bedroom. The general tone is neutral or supportive. Ideally: add yellow-green to the children’s rooms, red in the toilet, and more white in the living room.

Space works not only through walls and axes but also through shapes, color, objects, and light. These elements create the daily connection with the environment, either enhancing or distorting the architectural logic.
The Vedic approach to design is not merely about taste. It is a practical tool that aligns the visual environment with the human’s needs and the structure of the object. Colors are chosen not by current trends but according to designated zones. Furniture forms correspond to proportions and functions. Lighting is arranged according to activity rhythms. Symbolism is not random but a precise element integrated into the overall logic.
The work is done based on what already exists—without remodeling or replacing the entire interior. Only what truly affects the space: visual weight, overload points, discordant elements, and distractions.
The result is a coherent environment where interior, facade, and site are harmonized. Without chaos, random decisions, or visual overload—only structure, meaning, and precise tuning.

Design is the point of origin — everything else follows from it
Form, layout, proportions, orientation, placement — these are not just technical parameters. They’re the foundation that shapes daily life, business processes, and the long-term stability of the space itself
Vedic design is a method of building space as a system. Not a visual concept, but a structural logic — with a center, directional flow, balance, and functional alignment. Every detail matters: where the entrance is, where the gaze is drawn, where the weight is placed, and where the void is held. Architecture here is not about appearance — it’s about meaning
The goal of design is to create a structure where everything is interconnected: purpose, geometry, rhythm, context, and time. When this is achieved, the space begins to work. It doesn’t interfere, drain, or distract — it supports. It helps focus, restore, move forward, and feel grounded
A properly designed space requires no correction. It’s aligned from the start — with natural, logical, and human laws

Spatial correction — no walls need to be torn down
Most spaces operate inefficiently: they drain energy, duplicate functions, and create background tension. The root cause is distorted architectural logic — overloaded zones, visual clutter, structural imbalance
Correction is not renovation. It’s calibration. Just like a musical instrument needs tuning to perform, a space must be tuned to support its owner’s goals
Methods are based on four architectural traditions: Vastu, Feng Shui, Sacred Geometry, and Slavic Architectural Logic
Correction is applied only after diagnostics, and always aligned with the actual purpose — finances, health, business, children, stability, or scale
What’s done:
‧ Strengthening of key zones
‧ Protection of vulnerable points
‧ Elimination of stagnant areas
‧ Alignment of the core: entrance, bed, work zone
‧ Geometrical balancing
‧ Adjustment of symbols, colors, lighting, and layout
‧ Neutralization of disruptive influences
No reconstruction is needed. Just understanding the logic of space — and precision alignment with the task

Architectural Diagnostics — Professional Audit of Spatial Influence
A property is more than just walls and square meters. It’s a configuration that directly affects processes, decisions, behavior, and overall human experience. Architectural diagnostics reveal how a space is structured, where its strengths and weaknesses lie, and how they influence real-life outcomes.
The method is based on four time-tested traditions: Vastu, Feng Shui, Sacred Geometry, and Slavic Architectural Logic. These are not styles, but applied systems of spatial reasoning refined over thousands of years.
Diagnostics cover three levels:
‧ Interior Space
Functional zoning, directional flow, spatial density, layout logic, connection between areas, furniture placement, active zones, and tension points — from entryways and kitchens to bedrooms, offices, corridors, and service areas
‧ Exterior Structure
Building shape, facade, orientation, roofline, windows, entry design, approach area, lighting, architectural balance, neighboring objects, and environmental integration. Assesses how the building fits into its physical context
‧ Land Plot
Topography, shape, access, historical use, natural markers, neighboring influence, slope direction, exposure to elements, and surrounding infrastructure. The plot is seen as the foundational layer of the entire system
When to apply:
‧ Before purchasing property
‧ Prior to new construction or renovation
‧ When there’s ongoing discomfort or repeating issues
‧ When changing the purpose: living, business, rental, retreat, etc.
What it reveals:
‧ Objective assessment of potential and structural risks
‧ Evaluation of fitness for intended use or function
‧ Identification of hidden distortions in configuration
‧ Understanding of how the space affects people or performance
‧ Strategic recommendations: to correct, reinforce, or walk away
Even the basic diagnostic covers at least 300 parameters. This is architectural X-ray — not based on feelings, but on geometry, logic, and timeless spatial principles

Ancient Slavic architecture is a northern building tradition with a history spanning over a thousand years, rooted in much older, lost epochs. In this system, a house is not seen merely as an object or structure but as the body of the lineage, organically connected to the cycles of the sun, time, and natural rhythms
At its core, this architecture works with living natural materials — wood, clay, stone, and straw. The house is inseparable from the land and the family line, becoming a point of development and continuation of the lineage
Key principles include precise orientation: entrances, facades, utility zones, and so forth. The building’s proportions correspond to human dimensions, while its form and structure adapt to the local climate and terrain, ensuring harmony with nature rather than intrusion
This architecture is not a style or a set of decorative techniques but a practical system based on observation, craftsmanship, and millennia of experience, providing durability, comfort, and ecological sustainability.
Today, the principles of ancient Slavic architecture remain relevant as a foundation for sustainable and conscious building — one that adapts to its place and preserves the connection between people, nature, and ancestors
