Indian By Nature presents refined Indian food of today from diverse regions, created by a galaxy of master chefs, displayed with verve and style. The menu remains true to classic Indian recipes, but now also reflects the food trends in today's India. The food is complemented by an exciting new world wine list created by Jack Khanijou, a well known local wine Connoiseur. The wines are held in a glass, temperature controlled wine cellar.

Our Story
Established in 2004, Indian by Nature is an award-winning family run restaurant located in the heart of Pattaya. The restaurant excels in offering guests an array of Indian dishes ranging from traditional regional dishes to innovative concepts designed to appeal to all palates. Consistently ranked on TripAdvisor as a top-three restaurant in Pattaya and winning their Certificate of Excellence every year, Indian by Nature is also a member of the prestigious Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, a historic international organisation dedicated to highlighting the most notable gourmet restaurants in the world.
Notably, in 2016, the restaurant won the coveted Travelers’ Choice award (Thailand and Asia wide) from TripAdvisor, awarded to only the Top 10 restaurants in Thailand and Top 25 in Asia. Indian by Nature has also won recognition as one of Thailand’s Best Restaurants by Thailand Tatler magazine on numerous occasions. The restaurant founder and Head Chef, Mrs Av Khanijou has trained in New Delhi under notable Chef Savitri Bhatia and as far afield as Switzerland with head chef of the renowned Ambassador Hotel, Rosie Straubhar. She has published her first cookbook under the title ‘Confluence: The Indian by Nature Cookbook’ in 2011 and received recognition as Asia’s Rising Chefs from Readers Digest magazine.
