Some progress on this stunning private residence under construction at Phoenix Golf Course.

A few more finishing touches needed to complete this stunning home in Na-Jomtien.

It's been a great pleasure working with Gooodlux Design Consultancy on the Stone's residence!

They paid meticulous attention to all Interior and Architectural design details and elements, from the onset of this project.

We look forward to working together on a future project!

Piling work has commenced at Khao Khamin Views. Seen here is Plot No. 5.

CSP team went on an excursion this week, organised by our Project Manager Charn, to see how the Post Tension System works that are used on big building projects. Very interesting to see how the process works!

At CSP we always like to stay up to date and learn about construction matters!

Na Jomtien Renovation and Extension - changing the shape of the pool to make it symmetrical and more free flowing from the main house into the pool. First steps plumbing pipes have been installed into the pool to make sure when we close it up that the pipes are in the correct place

Na Jomtien Renovation and Extension - plenty of walls have been going up inside the skeleton. It is starting to look like a house again!

Walls are put up perfectly straight, we do not accept anything less!
