HART communication; when the loop is right, everything talks

A smart transmitter does not only send 4–20 mA.

It sends digital data on the same two wires.

But that only works if the loop is built properly.

That 250 Ω load resistance?

That is what allows the digital signal to exist.

No proper load, no reliable communication.

Now, look at this:

• your communicator is not the boss, it is a guest on the loop
• the control system is already talking as the primary master
• both can access the device at the same time if the loop is healthy

So next time your communicator refuses to connect, do not start scrolling menus.

Check the loop; the resistance, the wiring.

Most field “instrument faults” are loop problems in disguise.

​Voltage & Current (V/A): ดูการเชื่อมต่อแบบ Delta (Delta) หรือ Star (Y)
​ถ้าใช้ไฟ 400V ต้องต่อแบบ Delta (Delta) กินกระแส 99.3A
​ถ้าใช้ไฟ 690V ต้องต่อแบบ Star (Y) กินกระแส 57.5A
​จุดสังเกต: บ้านเราส่วนใหญ่ใช้ 400V (Delta) ครับ

​2. สมรรถนะของมอเตอร์
​Power (kW): กำลังไฟฟ้าที่มอเตอร์ทำได้ (ในรูปคือ 55 kW)
​Speed (r/min): ความเร็วรอบต่อนาที (เช่น 1478 รอบ/นาที ที่ 50Hz)
​Frequency (Hz): ความถี่ไฟฟ้าที่รองรับ (50Hz หรือ 60Hz)

​3. มาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและประสิทธิภาพ
​Ins.cl. (Insulation Class): ระดับการทนความร้อนของฉนวน (Class F ทนได้สูงสุด 155^circC)
​IP (Ingress Protection): ระดับการป้องกันฝุ่นและน้ำ (IP 55 กันฝุ่นและน้ำฉีดได้)
​cos phi (Power Factor): ค่าตัวประกอบกำลัง (ในรูปคือ 0.85)
​IE Class: มาตรฐานประสิทธิภาพพลังงาน (IE2 = High Efficiency)

​4. กายภาพ
​Weight: น้ำหนักตัวมอเตอร์ (300 kg) สำหรับคำนวณโครงสร้างติดตั้งและการขนย้าย

​💡 ทริคหน้างาน: ก่อนจ่ายไฟทุกครั้ง ให้เช็คว่า แรงดันไฟ (V) ที่หน้างาน ตรงกับรูปแบบการต่อ สายในกล่อง Terminal (Delta หรือ Y) ตามที่ระบุไว้ในบรรทัดนั้นๆ เสมอครับ!
