The design of this private residence expresses a quiet sophistication, blending timeless elegance with personalized character. The exterior features clean architectural lines with subtle detailing, softened by natural stone cladding and warm wood finishes. Large windows are framed to capture natural light and views, enhancing the home’s dialogue with its lush surroundings. The façade’s muted palette reflects modern simplicity while echoing organic elements.

The interior embraces a refined, contemporary aesthetic where every element is carefully curated. The use of soft neutral tones, textured fabrics, brushed metals, and accent lighting creates an inviting yet elevated atmosphere. Spaces are designed to flow seamlessly from living to dining to private areas balancing open-plan functionality with moments of intimacy. Art pieces and custom furniture are incorporated to express the owner’s taste, reinforcing the residence as a gallery of personal stories.

Materiality plays a key role in setting the tone: matte marbles, warm woods, and artisanal finishes are paired with layered lighting to create depth and ambience throughout. The result is a home that feels both curated and calming offering not just comfort but a sense of identity. This residence becomes more than a living space; it’s an embodiment of artful living.
