- Please credit the creator (Instagram: ) when using or showcasing the artwork for the first time.

2. Reselling & Trading:
- Reselling is allowed, but only at the original purchase price or lower.
- You may increase the resale price only if you are including additional paid commissions/artworks of the character.
- Co-owning is not permitted.

3. AI & NFT Prohibitions:
- The artwork and design must NOT be used for AI training, machine learning, data scraping, or any generative AI tools.
- Selling, distributing, or converting the artwork into NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) or cryptocurrency-related projects is strictly prohibited.

4. Commercial Use & VTuber Rights:
- Commercial Use (For merchandise production): Requires an additional fee of +100% of the base price. A maximum of 30 physical/digital units can be produced under this license. For larger production runs, please contact me.
- VTuber Rights (For utilizing the design as a Live2D/3D VTuber model or streaming asset): Requires an additional license fee starting at $500+. Please contact me directly to discuss details.
