บ้าน Modern Luxury บนพื้นที่ใช้สอยกว่า 3,000 ตารางเมตร พร้อมฟังก์ชั่นครบครัน เช่น ห้องโฮมเธียเตอร์, ห้องซิการ์, ห้องสมุด, ห้องสะสมโมเดล, สระว่ายน้ำและฟิตเนสขนาดใหญ่, พื้นที่ Rooftop อเนกประสงค์, บ่อปลาคราฟพร้อมน้ำตก และที่จอดรถซุปเปอร์คาร์ ที่มาพร้อมกับนวัตกรรมบ้านอัจฉริยะ, ระบบโซล่าเซลล์ และระบบสำรองไฟฟ้า

การออกแบบสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงปรัชญาของการอยู่อาศัยแบบ Timeless (ไม่ยึดติดกับเทรนด์และแฟชั่น) ด้วยความเรียบง่ายของสถาปัตยกรรม Modern ผสานกับภูมิประเทศของเขตร้อนชื้น สะท้อนคุณค่าผ่านวัสดุอย่างหินธรรมชาติและไม้จริง อันเป็นส่วนประกอบหลักของบ้านหลังนี้

A modern luxury house with usable area of 3,000 sq.m. with complete functions such as rooftop terrace, Cigar room, home theater, library, figure room, supercar parking, Koi pond with waterfall, large swimming pool and gym. The house is equipped with automation system, solar cell and uninterruptible power supply.

The design reflects the philosophy of the timeless dwelling with simplicity of modern architecture combined with rich Tropical landscape, reflected through valuable natural materials. such as natural stone and timber which are the main components of the house.
