The exhibition The Rivers has extended so please come and admire the beautiful art.
And look at Katie's hats. She will make 300 this year and you can take one for a donation for The Burma Children Medical Fund.

Like Rivers, these 5 artists have made a long journey. And this Friday you can greet them in our Gallery. Admire their art and get the stories behind the pieces of art and learn about their journeys.
At 5 pm it will start. Snacks and juices as usual.

"Bagan wasn't build in one day" so isn't the Borderline mural painted in one week. Each day another part is revealed and to see if you are included you need to wait or pay us a visit.

Slowly the wall gets filled with depictions of Burma's cultural diversity.

A painter starts with an empty canvas, with pencil or crayons outlines the design, uses brushes to apply paint. And each day more is revealed.

After getting paint and a good primer we started with the difficult job, hiding the old mural. Making sure nothing will shine through.
There were reports about rains, so we needed paint to dry before.
After the first layer, some paint fell of the wall, taking old paint!
We checked at the shop, fixed and waited and added a second layer of primer. And waited.
Last night rain didn't do any damage.
Today we continue. Come and have a look how Sein Sein Lin add the first lines.
The first one who tells us correctly who the two figures under the sign board are receives a free juice.
