Music Bingo!

Bingo’s getting a serious upgrade—think music, wagging tails, and a cause worth howling about.

The wonderful crew at ‘The Garden Lamai’ are throwing a Music Bingo Night to help raise funds, and you’re invited.

Locals and holidaymakers alike, come sing, shout, and maybe even win while helping our four-legged friends.

Good tunes, great company, and all money raised helps a pup here on Koh Samui. Who’s in?

If you can’t make this one, please keep a look out for their next event as it’ll help support another shelter or animal organization here on the island too.

RIP Patches.

Yesterday afternoon, Patches went to Heaven to join his brother Jamie and lots of other old pier friends.

Recently we learned Patches had Hemangiosarcoma. This is basically a form of blood cancer. We had actually hoped to start him on a trial anti-cancer program very soon - but his condition sudden took a rapid nosedive over the past few days so we unfortunately lost this opportunity.

Jewells and I first met Patches, his brother Jamie and his sister Natasha when they were part of the huge ‘Pier Pack’ all the way way back in 2017.

Everyone absolutely loved Patches.

He was such a handsome and gentle guy he was always a huge hit with the ladies and he always had a girl following him around and fawning over him regardless of where he was 😝

Thank you to everyone, both past and present, that were so nice to him since he’s been with us.

I can tell you, he LOVED it when you guys massaged his arthritic front shoulder. His tail would start wagging like crazy and he would literally start smiling when you did it.

As sad as this is, Patches did so well getting to this age considering his very large size and surviving his early years over at the pier.

Yesterday was def tough, but what a long, good life he had. Let’s all remember that.

Rest easy now Patches. The Haven is going to seem a tad empty now without you.

We will miss you our most excellent boy ❤️
