Baking For Freedom

Most of you probably know that we opened up a small coffee shop connected to the bakery. This helps to bring additional training for our students in how to handle customers, POS systems, barista training etc. The produce from our students in the bakery is sold in the coffee shop and the profit helps to cover the cost of student stipends and supplies. Great to see our students development, cake decoration is now on for a couple weeks!

Also a small coffee shop is taking form at our training center. This will add a training component for the students as they will learn how to make coffee and drinks, handle POS systems and customers!

We are excited to announce that our training program now supplies local restaurants with baked goods!

Meet our new students, 4 young women between 15-18 years old. Help us to pray for them, that they will encounter Christ and surrender to Him. That they will complete the training and that this will be a means for them to get a solid foundation to continue to build their lives on!

Its been a year of excitement and hard work, the coming year already has new exciting things lined up but now let us celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus!
