ประกาศแจ้งปรับราคาเมนูมัทฉะ
First flush 2025

จากรายงานของสมาคมการค้าชาจังหวัดเกียวโต ประเทศญี่ปุ่น พบว่าในปี 2025 นี้ ปริมาณการผลิตชา
ลดลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญในทุกประเภท โดยเฉพาะ เทนฉะ (Tencha) ซึ่งเป็นใบชาดิบสำหรับการผลิตมัทฉะ มีปริมาณการผลิตลดลงถึง 60–82%

จึงส่งผลให้ราคาชาในตลาดสูงขึ้นในทุกประเภท โดยเฉพาะมัทฉะที่มีราคาสูงขึ้นมากกว่า 200%

ด้วยเหตุนี้ ทางร้านจำเป็นต้องขอปรับราคาของเมนูที่มีส่วนผสมของมัทฉะทั้งหมด เพื่อให้สามารถคงไว้ซึ่งคุณภาพและรสชาติที่ได้มาตรฐานตามแบบฉบับของ Rosie.cei

Matcha Menu Price Adjustment Announcement

Rosie.cei would like to inform our valued customers that, according to the 2025 report by the Kyoto Tea Trade Association in Japan, tea production across all categories in Kyoto has seen a significant decline. In particular, Tencha—the raw tea leaves used to produce matcha—has decreased in production by 60–82%.

This decline has led to a sharp increase in tea prices, with matcha prices rising by more than 200%.

In light of this situation, we will be adjusting the prices of all matcha-related menu items. This is to ensure that we can continue to provide the same quality, ingredients, and signature flavor that define Rosie.cei.

We remain committed to sourcing our matcha from trusted origins and upholding the high standards our customers have come to expect
