Welcome to Spark InSight!

It is my pursuit to introduce Energetic Healing practices to help people spark change towards greater well-being - physically, socially, mentally and spiritually – so they feel more balanced, happy and healthy.

✨ Spark: Change begins with a trigger. Your body and mind have immense self-healing potential. Often, all it takes is a spark to overcome physical discomfort, mental struggles, and limiting beliefs.

🔍 InSight: The methods I use uncover the root causes of your challenges, often emotional blockages or imbalances that subconsciously hold you back. By bringing them to light, we create space to release and reset for true healing and transformation.

My name is Carlot de Bont, a certified Energetic Healing practitioner, excited to share the holistic approaches I've been practicing and am deeply passionate about.

First up: NEI (Neuro Emotional Integration Therapy) which is widely used in the Netherlands but less known elsewhere. I’ve seen its incredible impact on people of all ages - babies, children and adults alike – which is why I’m eager to make it accessible here too.
