Matte vs Glossy – แบบไหนเหมาะกับคุณ? แบบไหนเกิดรอยมีดง่ายกว่ากัน? 🤔 💭
จานเคลือบด้าน (Matte) มักจะเกิดรอยมีดได้ง่ายกว่าจานเคลือบเงา (Glossy) เพราะเนื้อผิวแบบด้านมีความหยาบและอ่อนกว่า ทำให้คมมีดโดยเฉพาะมีดหยัก ขูดแล้วเห็นรอยได้ง่ายกว่าค่ะ
อย่างไรก็ตาม จานเคลือบด้านก็ยังคงสามารถใช้งานได้ เพียงแค่ถ้าอยากหลีกเลี่ยงรอยมีดให้มากที่สุด แนะนำให้เลือกจานเคลือบเงาค่ะ เพราะผิวเรียบลื่นกว่าและทนรอยขีดข่วนได้ดีกว่า
Matte vs Glossy – Which one is right for you? Which scratches more easily?
Matte-finished plates tend to show knife marks more easily than glossy ones. That’s because their slightly rough surface can catch the knife’s edge — especially serrated knives — leaving visible marks.
But don’t worry! Matte plates are still beautiful and perfectly functional. If you want to avoid knife marks as much as possible, go for glossy plates — their smooth surface is more resistant to scratches.
