เนื่องด้วยในปัจจุบัน บริษัท Another Level ได้ตรวจพบว่ามีกลุ่มมิจฉาชีพนำชื่อ ที่อยู่ออฟฟิศ และลิงก์เว็บไซต์ของบริษัท ไปปลอมแปลงเอกสารและส่งอีเมลหลอกลวงเรื่องการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ไปยังหน่วยงานภายนอก พร้อมแนบลิงก์สำหรับดาวน์โหลดไฟล์อันตราย (Phishing/Malware)

บริษัทฯ ขอเรียนชี้แจงว่า เราไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องใด ๆ กับการกระทำดังกล่าวทั้งสิ้น และไม่มีนโยบายการส่งอีเมลแจ้งเรื่องลิขสิทธิ์รวมถึงการแนบลิงก์ให้ดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ภายนอกในทุกกรณี ขอให้ทุกท่านโปรดระมัดระวังและห้ามกดลิงก์แปลกปลอมเด็ดขาด

ขณะนี้ทางบริษัทได้รวบรวมหลักฐานทั้งหมด และเข้าแจ้งความลงบันทึกประจำวันไว้กับพนักงานสอบสวนเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว เพื่อดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมายอย่างถึงที่สุดต่อไป

Another Level has recently detected that scammers are fraudulently using our company’s name, office address, and website link to forge legal documents. These fraudulent emails regarding copyright infringement are being sent to external organizations, accompanied by malicious links (Phishing/Malware).

We would like to explicitly clarify that Another Level is strictly unaffiliated with these fraudulent activities. The company has absolutely no policy to send emails of this nature or attach external file-download links under any circumstances. Please exercise extreme caution and do not click on any suspicious links.

Official police reports have already been filed with the investigative authorities, and we will pursue full legal action against the perpetrators to the ultimate extent of the law.
