Studio for rent.

Location is Town on Town, Lad Prao 94.

We rent out on an hourly or daily basis.
Long term is possible as well.
Minimum is 3 hrs though.

It is also possible to stay overnight at an extra cost.
This is a genuine town house.
With kitchen 1 bedroom, bath and toilet,
Maid service is in place as well.

The studio itself is a small post studio, build around 10 years ago.
It sounds great and It is perfectly possible to mix here.

The vocal booth is approved for TTS and approved by Disney amongst others.

You can record vocals, guitars, bass ets, But not drums.

There is a Mac mini, with Logic Pro, Nuendo 12, Protools is also possible.
There is also a Stratocaster a Telecaster, and 2 Jazz basses. A great amp and 2 cabs. Cabs are wired to sit in the vocal booth.

Here are the rates in thb. Minimum is 3 hrs.

1 hr : 500.-
1 day 8hrs 3.000.-
1 week 12.000.-
Overnight stay pr day 500.-
Overnight stay pr week 3.000.-

Monthly rent all in. 45.000.-
